Our stunning new 5 bed home on tranquil Tuscan Ridge is THE place to spend your vacation !!Our georgous home offers you the following : A large and open family room which has been tiled throughout and offers you splendid views out over the pool area, here you can relax on comfy sofas and wind down after a hard day at the parks by listening to our Cd player or watching the cable TV or DVD or video !! mmmmmmmmmmm plenty of entertainment there then !! The elegant dining room is perfect for casual dining or even when you want that extra special occassion then this is the room for you.The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all mod cons and more, there is a seperate utility room which offers full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board as well just to keep mum happy !!!!!!!!!!There are 2 master bedrooms each with their own bathroom and they also have walk-in closets, plenty of drawer space and of course cable Tv's. The third bedroom is another queen bedroom and this shares the third bathroom along with a delightful twin bedroom and the very trendy themed kids room which comes complete with PS2 and lots of toys, games, books and videos etc to keep them happy and quiet for hours.The rear of the home boasts a great south/west facing pool/jacuzzi with an extended deck area so there is plenty of room to put those padded patio loungers to make the most of the hot Florida sunshine, we have not forgotton those who want the heat but also need the shade so there is a fully covered lanai with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.The new games room is our favourite room as you can spend hours in here and foget everything else on offer ! we have a professional slate pool table, a table football/fooseball game and electronic darts with more planned for the future
