Sunset Lakes is a quiet, small secure Gated Community situated on two lakes teeming with wildlife. It is 3 miles south west of Disney World, behind Splendid China on Hwy 192. To reach us off the 192 turn into Formosa Gardens Blvd and left onto Funie Steed Road.
We are so close you can pop back for a few hours for a swim in the pool during the day. This Executive development has many features including 2 fishing lakes always well stocked, a gazebo, communal pool with cabana and children’s play area (Tot Lot). The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife we even have a resident otter and an American Bald eagle!

All the restaurants deliver to Sunset Lakes. There are also two chemists, doctors, dentist, hairdresser and much more. The new Wal-Mart has opened 5 minutes away and offers 24 hours shopping. Sunset Lakes is 30 minutes from Orlando International and 45minutes from Sanford Airport. You can reach the Gulf in 1.30 hr and Kennedy Space Centre is only 60 miles away. This is one of the nicest communities to stay in the Kissimmee area.
