Lake Berkley is built around a large woodland-fringed spring-fed lake, which has a sandy beach, wooded island, a dock, a boardwalk nature trail, children’s play area and volleyball court.
This is a real sanctuary for local birds and animals and offers you peace and tranquillity after a busy day.
And very close at hand you will find impressive easily reached golf courses.
THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES
Lake Berkley is fully gated and manned 24 hours a day for that little extra piece of mind.
The resort offers floodlit tennis courts and a playground area plus a Club House with fitness room/gym, and a large pool with heated spa. All you could need for those days when you want to relax in the sun and enjoy the ambience and facilities of your luxury home and resort.
Two minutes drive from the villa is a supermarket that is open 24 hours a day. The choice is excellent and you should find most things that you do at home. There is a huge car park.
LOCATION
Lake Berkley is located just south of US 192, behind Medieval Times and off Oren Brown Road. It is ideally situated to use Poinciana Boulevard or the 535 to the Osceola Parkway toll road (currently 75c) for a fast, direct route straight into Disney and Epcot.

• Less than 1 mile to the 24 hour Wall Mart (supermarket) that stocks a huge range of items with prices approximately 20% cheaper than the UK.
• 3 miles to the nearest of many, many, golf courses.
• 10 minutes to Sea World, Discovery Cove and International Drive.
• Less than 10 minutes via the traffic free Osceola Parkway toll road (50 cents) taking you directly to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom and Epcot Centre.
Just 10 minutes to another world of the many leisure and conservation amenities and opportunities available in central Florida
