Four corners is one of the newer communities to have sprung up on Highway 27 in the last few years. Having been started by American Heritage homes it is now being completed by KB Home builders. Houses range from 6 bed homes to 3 bed villas. There is a nice mix of both residential and rental properties. It is also expected to have it own communal pool area by mid 2005.
The community is just 2 miles north of the I4 which gives great access to not only the Disney parks but also the Universal parks and both east and west coasts. Travelling times are dependant on traffic but are approx as below
Disneyworld 15 minutes
Universal 35 minutes
West coast 80 minutes (Clearwater)
East coast 90 minutes (cocoa)
A number of shopping malls have also appeared in this area. The nearest to Four corners are Berry Centre 2 miles north. This includes a large Publix store and Pizza carry-out.
Ridgeview Plaza is even nearer just 1 mile south of Four Corners. This includes Beef O'Grady's bar and eating house and a Chinese carry-out.
Baseball city is close just 2 miles south and this includes gas stations and eating houses such as Denny's, Bob Evans, MacDonalds and Burger King.
Golf enthusiasts are also catered with top quality courses such as Highlands Reserve and the Famous Champions gates courses just a 5 minute drive away.
This is a deceptively quiet, well laid out and planned community. It allows easy access to all the main theme parks and shopping malls, whilst allowing peace and quiet for those vital relaxing days in the Florida's sun.
