The Florida Pines community is located on Highway 27, just 3.5 miles from Interstate 4, and close to the shops including Publix and Wal-Mart, and restaurant's of US192. The community was built in 2000 by Colony Homes, and has a range of exclusive 3 & 4 Bedroom villas with private pools.
In 2002, Colony Homes added a communal swimming pool and children's play area. A Tiki bar and clubhouse are also planned in the near future.
If golf is your 'bag' then you will be spoiled for choice. There are at least 30 excellent course within easy reach of Florida Pines, not least being Greg Norman's Champions Gate complex which is only minutes away on the I-4
All in all, Florida Pines offers a excellent base for your holiday of Peace and Tranquillity in the sun. The location is quiet and safe, yet is less than 15 minutes from the main Disney Parks.
