Crescent Lakes is a quiet development consisting of a mixture of residential and rental properties. There are a number of sub-divisions or estates each containing around 80-100 properties. Crescent Lakes is 2 miles south of Highway 17/92 on Poincianna Boulevard close to Highway 192. It is less than 10 minutes from the 192 and the main street of Kissimmee with all the shops and restaurants. This convenient location is only 15-20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and the famous International Drive. There is also a Brand New Walmart opened in Poinciana (5 minute drive), so no more long drives up the 192 to the nations biggest retailer.
Crescent Lakes has the best of both worlds in Orlando - close to all the major theme parks, yet has the privacy you desire for a relaxing vacation. The majority of houses on Crescent Lakes are built on larger than average plots, many with conservation views or backing onto the number of interwoven lakes on the estate.
For those of you who enjoy nature, there is a beautiful conservation area just a few minutes away. This includes nature walks where you can see exotic wildlife, birds and many species of plants and shrubs.
Additionally, if you fancy a spot of fishing all of the lakes in the area are well stocked with fish and are free to fish, and many of the homes back onto these collections of lakes. Apparently the fish hook themselves so ideal for the children! The area offers very good facilities for families, such as basketball and volleyball courts, children’s play areas and purpose built B.B.Q areas.
There is a range of house types on the estate ranging from 3 bedrooms to large 7 bedroom houses. The estate was built by one of the most reputable builders in Florida, Avatar and they have a fine reputation for quality and detail.
Within a 15 minute drive of Crescent Lakes there are around 20 or 30 Golf Courses to enjoy with a number of the courses being only a 5 minutes drive.

Many of the homes on Crescent Lakes back onto this Nature Preserve or are a short walk away.
