Our beautiful 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom villa is situated on the Manors south Westridge a well established prestigious quiet gated community located off the US 27.The Manors South at Westridge is an exclusive development which has lots of space available.The villa is open plan with all living and bedroom areas carpeted, the two large living rooms have cathedral ceilings adding to the air of spaciousness.Although ideally suited to an occupancy of 8, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge which will sleep an additional two people if necessary.The kitchen is a large room open to the lounge and family room area, and features, cooker, microwave, double sink units, waste disposal, energy efficient dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, coffeemaker, telephone, knife set and block, full set of saucepans with lids, full set of cutlery and crockery, and plastic utensils.The nook area has a round wooden table that seats four people comfortably.
