We fell in love with our villa the moment we saw it and we’re sure that you will too. The fabulous views over the conservation area coupled with the incredible peace and tranquillity were exactly what we were looking for. Add the wonderful airy spaciousness of the living accommodation and the gentle trickling of the waterfall from the spa as it splashes into the sparkling pool below and we had found everything we wished for. While soaking up the sun on the pool deck or relaxing in the shade under the lanai and watching the birds and small animals in their natural habitat it is difficult to imagine that Disneyworld is just up the road. All the wonderful sights and sounds of unspoilt natural Florida plus Disney only 15 minutes away is simply paradise for all ages. To enhance your enjoyment of this idyllic setting we have added solar heating to our south-west facing pool and spa. This beautiful private space is not overlooked by any other pool so you can totally relax on the lanai and enjoy the outstanding, uninterrupted views over the luxurious vegetation and sparkling ponds of the unspoilt wetlands conservation area. The pool and conservation area is visible from almost every room in the house with both master bedrooms having access directly onto the lanai. Whether you want to enjoy the excitement of the theme parks or just relax by the pool, make this beautiful home the base for your most memorable vacation, The screened pool, which is 28ft by 14ft with a spa at the far end, looks wonderful at night with the underwater lights on. It was completely resurfaced and retiled in May 2006. To provide the very best surface possible we chose an Aquaguard coating which is one of the smoothest surfaces available and ensures that swim suits do not suffer from the numerous snags caused by many common surfaces. Solar heating is provided free of charge, while extra heating is available at $16 per day when required, which is generally late November to early March. The pool and deck areas, which are not overlooked by any other pool in the area, are equipped with sun loungers, chairs, table and trolley for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The large lanai area is just perfect for dining and relaxing. The lanai roof provides refreshing shade from the sunlight and is an excellent place for al fresco cooking on the gas barbecue provided. The entire deck and lanai area were also resurfaced in May 2006 with a lovely non-slip coating. With a view to entertaining both our young and young at heart guests while some members of the family take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings we have converted our garage into a fun filled games room complete with pool/air hockey and foosball tables, electronic dart board and cable TV with Sony Playstation 2. To ensure you can keep in touch with loved ones at home (or the office for those who unfortunately cannot take a complete break from their working lives) we have installed high speed wireless internet – just bring along your laptop. We find this is also useful for looking up theme parks to check opening times and special events programmes or just checking what’s on TV. The accommodation which ideally sleeps 8 in absolute comfort, plus two on the double sofa bed if required, consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, master-suite bathroom and large patio doors exiting to the pool area and one double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with exit to the pool area. Both king and queen suites are ideal for couples who like to wake up to an early morning swim without disturbing anyone else in the home or for returning directly to your suite after late night swims or drinks around the pool while the children are safely asleep in bed. No need to worry about the children, while you enjoy that swim, you can monitor their rooms with our home intercom and music distribution system which is also complete with CD player and AM/FM radio and has a sub-station in every bedroom and on the lanai. If you have no young children the system can be used to play CD’s or listen to the radio. Each of the two twin bedrooms has two single beds and a shared bathroom to provide perfect accommodation for younger guests. A crib, high chair and stroller are provided free for the use of our very young guests. To ensure peace of mind for parents with young children we have fitted pool door alarms to every door that exits onto the pool deck area and the catches on the doors exiting from the pool area into the conservation area are set high up the door. Also with safety in mind an emergency light is installed by the front door in case of power failure and all rooms are fitted with smoke detectors. After a casual day relaxing around the pool, choose from over 300 channels to watch on the 42" HD digital cable TV (or put on a DVD) and everyone can watch together while dinner is being prepared in the fully equipped, open plan kitchen (or forget the cooking and order in from one of the numerous takeaways that deliver to our home). Preparing meals, even just a bowl of breakfast cereal, is a pleasure in the open plan kitchen and breakfast nook which have fabulous views out over the pool and conservation area. There is also a comfortable formal living room equipped with a three seater settee and a two seater gliding love seat, and it features large patio doors giving views over, and access onto, the lanai and pool area. This living room is ideal for relaxing to read a book or just chat and entertain in the evenings. The formal dining area is perfect for those special intimate meals or for entertaining friends when the children are safely tucked up in bed or, in the case of older children are enjoying the large screen television or having fun in the games room. Our vacation home is fully air conditioned and comes complete with all linen, towels, washer, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, 3 TVs, Sony Playstation 2, DVD player, CD Player/radio, intercom/music system, games equipment, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, large selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, waste disposal unit, free high speed cable internet access and telephone with FREE local calls. It will be fully cleaned with fresh linen before you arrive and again when you leave.
