Our villa is situated Southwest of Orlando in Polk County on Highway 54, within easy reach of Interstate 4 (the main Orlando – Tampa highway). It is a comfortable single storey detached villa / bungalow, fully air-conditioned and highly suitable for a family holiday, sleeping six people. It is set in approximately a ¼ acre plot and is in a mainly residential development of about 100 houses.The villa is approximately 10/15 minutes from all the main Disney attractions and about 30/35 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. It is within 45 minutes drive of Orlando Airport and 75 minutes of Tampa Airport.
The villa has nearly every amenity that you would require and if it hasn’t please let us know and we will try to provide it for the next guests. Our fully furnished living/family room has comfortable sofas and an easy chair and has for your entertainment use; Cable TV, VCR, DVD and a Hi-Fi system. The kitchen is ready for anything, being fully fitted with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with icemaker and a waste disposal unit. This is also the dining area with dining table and chairs seating six. A full set of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided for you. You probably don’t want to spend your time slaving over hot stove but at least it gives you the option when you relax in the villa for the day. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout all rooms.There is a large double garage, housing an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Whilst you do not want to spend your time washing and ironing it does mean you do not have to bring so many clothes. There is also a football table and pool table for those occasional rainy days. The three bedrooms are: The Master bedroom has a Queen size double bed, Cable TV and walk-in wardrobe and your bathroom on suite (walk-in shower, bath, double vanity unit, hair dryer), the telephone and answer phone is also situated here. Bedroom two has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and Cable TV. Bedroom three has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and Cable TV and DVD player. The second bathroom serves bedrooms two and three and comprises, bath/shower and vanity unit, hair dryer. All sheets and towels are provided.The villa has its own large (30' x 15') screened private swimming pool with underwater lighting (this can be heated at a small extra cost). Within the screen there is also a covered dining / shaded area, patio table, chairs and sun loungers. There is also an outside patio / sundeck / Bar-B-Que area. We do ask that all barbecuing should be done outside of the pool netted area, as this is easily damaged and very expensive to replace. The grounds are landscaped and a sprinkler system is in operation to maintain the lawns and plants. The rear garden is fully fenced allowing privacy.For your all food, grocery and drink supplies there is a big Publix supermarket (very Tesco/Sainsbury) at Champions Gate, you pass this on the way to the villa. There is also a 24 hour BP Connect shop in Champions Gate,(opposite the Publix supermarket) and various other shops that are open quite late if not 24 hour all within 10 minutes drive. Numerous restaurants of all types are close by, at Champions Gate and on Highway 27 (10 minutes drive).We use our villa as much as possible ourselves and feel very much at home, we want you to feel the same.
