The pool looks out onto open fields with wonderful views of the local bird life.Fully air conditioned with new tile floor through the living area. The bedrooms have 1 King with ensuite, 3 queen, 1 twin and a family room hand decorated with Winnie the Poo which has a double bed with a single over the top.
Our Executive 5 bed, 3 bath Pool and Spa Villa is in a typical Floridian style, one storey, open-plan design. The home sleeps 11 plus 2 babies in perfect comfort. New tile floor throughout and a large seating area with TV, DVD and Sony Playstation and X Box. Plenty of box games for all ages. • Kitchen Area – Fully equipped and contains a large nook area with a breakfast table and chairs. Oven and Hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and disposal are all here. • All towels and linen provided as well as beach towels and towelling robes• Deck/Pool area – dining table and chairs, sun loungers, private screened large heatable pool and spa (when the jets are turned off, this has been designed to double as a kiddy pool). The doors to the pool are alarmed and our pool gets plenty of sun exposure.
