Our immaculate villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge with dining area, kitchen with breakfast nook, utility closet, pool and spa, lanai, extended deck area and double garage. The villa is fully air-conditioned to ensure your comfort at all times. There are also ceiling fans in the master suites, lounge and lanai.As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes here. The lakeside viewed from our pool area has two superb fountains that are lit in the evenings and both during the day and night (from around 9.00am until 10.00pm only) gently play in the background. It is very relaxing.
