ORLANDO WISHES ...... Where all your wishes for a magical vacation will come true! In the much sought-after Formosa Gardens area, Oak Island Cove is a completed development of 90 homes, located just 3 miles from the main entrance to Disney World and within very easy reach of Orlando's many other attractions. A wide range of shops and restaurants are located less than half a mile away. Our home has been very thoughtfully furnished to a high standard, with many extras and personal touches not always found in a vacation rental property. We pride ourselves that our home is maintained to the highest standards. Our excellent Management Company is always on call to rectify any problems encountered by our guests in a speedy and efficient manner. Our home is fully licensed by the State of Florida and has many safety features - monitored burglar alarm, with Police, Fire and Medical alert buttons; fire extinguisher; hard-wired smoke alarms and emergency lighting; electronic safe to protect your valuables; child safety fence fitted around the pool and spa. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside our home. Also, to reassure potential guests who may suffer from allergies, our home has always been a pet free environment.
ORLANDO WISHES ...... Where all your wishes for a magical vacation will come true!! Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people, plus up to 2 infants in cribs (provided free of charge, together with baby monitor, steriliser, high-chairs and strollers). The lounge area overlooks the pool deck and is very comfortably furnished. For your enjoyment, we have supplied a flat screen plasma TV, with upgraded digital cable TV (200+ channels), a VCR/DVD (with film library of around 75 titles), Hi-Fi (with numerous CDs) and an X-Box (with many of the latest games). There are also some good old-fashioned board games and plenty of paper, books and colouring pencils for the children. We provide phone cards for every party of guests, so you can stay in contact with home. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser), dishwasher, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juice extractor, etc, etc. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils have been provided - so you can cook at home if you wish. Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room, with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people and there is a breakfast bar with stools. The two master suites (one of which has access to the pool area) have cable TV, US king-size beds, a safe for valuables, walk-in closets and full bathrooms. The two twin-bedded rooms share a third full bathroom (the beds in one of these rooms can be joined together to make another 6ft bed) and both have cable TV. One room is Mickey themed, including a Mickey TV/DVD. Our home has a large, fully-screened deck area, with an extended 30 x 15 swimming pool and upgraded, remote-controlled spa, both of which have coloured fibre-optic lighting to make swimming at night even more enjoyable. The deck area is equipped with luxury patio furniture and there is a separate barbecue area outside of the pool screen, so you can enjoy the warm Floridian evenings cooking and dining al fresco. The rear of the house does not back onto another home and, for added privacy and security, the garden is fenced along both sides (there is an access gate, but this cannot be opened by a child). To enable you to travel light, we provide all linens and luxuriously soft towels (including pool and beach towels). We also provide an initial supply of soap, washing powder, dishwasher powder, toilet tissue, etc. If you wish to visit the beach during your stay, our home is equipped with sunshades, beach towels, coolers, ice packs, etc, etc. The front door of our home is fitted with an electronic lock, which means you will not have to collect a key from a remote office before locating our home. Before your departure, you will be issued with a unique four-digit entry code, which you and your party will use for the duration of your stay. For your convenience upon arrival, we provide a few basic groceries. For a small extra charge, we can arrange for a more comprehensive grocery pack to be placed in our home in readiness for your arrival. Our home is managed by a very friendly and helpful couple, who are always on hand in case of any unexpected problems you may encounter. A very comprehensive information folder is available for all our guests. This folder is packed full of useful information on a huge range of topics - from where to find the nearest Dentist, to how to contact Disney World and where to go for the best shopping.
