Our beautiful lakeside villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two are en-suite) and is situated in Aster Cove, the only gated community in Crescent Lakes, Poinciana. Crescent Lakes is a quiet residential, tranquil area located in the centre of a major ecosystem with 18,000 acres of lakes and wooded nature preserve. Even so, we are only 20 minutes away fom Disney and 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its many attractions. We have "themed" the two twin bedrooms - one is an underwater room complete with tropical fish hanging from the ceiling (not real of course) and the other is an American room in red, white and blue. Childen and adults alike will love these rooms. There is a large pool and jacuzzi which can double up as a pool for small children. There is a beautiful waterfall effect from the jacuzzi into the pool. We also provide a cot, highchair and stroller at no extra charge. The villa is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in the living room, two master bedrooms and games room. A safe is provided for valuables.
Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps eight people comfortably. The large lounge has three large sofas, coffee tables , side tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. There is a remote control cable TV, DVD player and a stereo/CD player along with a selection of CDs. There is also a selection of books to read. The first master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, two bedside tables, telephone, cable TV, video and ceiling fan. There is a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom with corner bath, large shower, two handbasins and a separate toilet. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, bedside tables and a large closet. This bedroom has a TV and DVD player There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin and toilet.Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds, dresser, bedside tables and a large closets. These bedrooms are themed as an underwater room and an American room (bedroom 3 has a TV). They share the third bathroom.The kitchen with is fully equipped to a high standard with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Crockery, cutlery, glasware, pans toaster, kettle and coffee maker are all provided. There is a large table and eight chairs (highchair available). The utility room has a large washer and a dryer and an iron and ironing board are also provided. This leads into the garage/games room. The games room with has a pool table, dart board and a 12 in 1 game which includes air hockey, fruzeball, chess and mini ten pin bowling. The large screened pool is reached via the lounge and the first master bedroom. Safety alarms are provided on these doors for the safety of children. The pool is 30ft x 15ft and runs from 3ft to 6ft. There is a jacuzzi with waterfall effect which can also double as a pool for children. The pool backs onto the lake and stunning sunset can be seen each evening.
