This quiet development had numerous lakes stocked with fish, three parks and is surounded by a nature reserve. The perfect place to unwind after your busy days at the parks and shopping malls.
An open plan, spacious, luxury appointed, fully air conditioned villa, on one of the favourite sub-divisions of Kissimme. The master bedroom suite includes patio doors leading to pool, a superior quality queen size bed and boasts seperate en-suite bathroom and seperate walk in dressing room. The second bedroom also contains a queen size bed and the third bedroom comprises of two single beds. The second bathroom is situated adjacent to bedrooms two and three. There is a bed settee in the lounge which would sleep a further two people if necessary. The villa has Broadband Internet, both wired and wireless just bring your own laptop and connect. The large airy lounge has patio doors leading to the pool ares and has a large LCD cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. There is cable TV's in all the bedrooms. The villa has the benefit of burglar and fire alarms and a safe is also available for use. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped and includes cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, etc. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier, with ironing board and iron. The villa contains essentials you need for a superb holiday withing easy reach to Disney and all the attractions. The 26 ft x 13 ft heatable swimming pool is westerly facing benefitting from sun right into the evening. The villa is approximately 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford International Airport is approximately 1 hours drive. Tampa Airport is approximately 90 minutes drive away.
