The charm of Walt Disney World and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Centre. The wonders of the cinematic world, at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios and the fascinations of the deep at Sea World.

For the sun worshippers there is always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the Gulf and the Atlantic. There are a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and nightlife.

A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses, lakes for fishing and boating, horse riding, parks and picnic locations in and around the area to name but a few

·A local Management Company is also on call 24 hours a day for any assistance that may be required.

Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom with queen bed adds to the comfortable ambience with views from your bed of the beautiful surrounding area. Leading from the bedroom is the luxurious en-suite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe. French doors also lead to the pool area. The room is also equipped with a radio/alarm clock and a TV/Video combo.

Other Bedrooms
The second bedroom has a full size bed with built in wardrobe and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom which has full size twin beds and a built in wardrobe.

Kitchen
Large kitchen/diner fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and in sink waste disposal. There are also many other smaller appliances along with the other utensils necessary for eating, drinking and cooking. Large dining table and chairs with low light over for intimate dining.

A Separate utility room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board leads to the 2-car garage

Lounge
The tastefully furnished lounge is air-conditioned and also accesses the pool area through French doors. It has all the modern amenities you might expect to make you as comfortable as you would be in your own home, including sleeper sofa, love seat, cable TV, Video and music centre with CD player.

Pool
The privately screened pool is 12 x 24 and surrounded by an extensive deck area. All Patio furniture is supplied, including table, chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs. It can be accessed from the Master Bedroom, Lounge and the 2nd Bathroom.

US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.

Rental rates quoted Excludes pool heating costs. Pool heating either $25 US$ per day
(minimum of 4 days) or $165 US$ per week.
Rental rates for Easter weeks would be $845.00 US$/ £485

Payments can be made by either Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheques,Wire Transfer.
