If you are looking for another villa due to the size of your party, we own 2 villas as below which are located in Crescent Lakes and within a very short walk of each other. Both our villas have a top rating are are highly regarded for their quality and location compared to other villas. We monitor hundreds of enquiries from site visitors and take note of feedback we receive, in order to ensure we offer as many requested features as possible in each villa.
In general villas do not have a star rating, but if they did then our villas would be classed as 5* accommodation. Ours are not the cheapest villas around, but if you are looking for comfort and luxury in top class accommodation then stay in one of our villas (48 or 830) A massive south facing swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa (screen enclosed to keep insects out and let the sun in), overlooks the beautiful wooded conservation area - Imagine floating around in the pool watching the wildlife (including deer) roam the woods behind you.... The photo to the left is of a beautiful sunset shot from our pool area which is typical in the evenings especially when the the deer are roaming, silhouetted by the setting sun. Our house is fully licensed to sleep up to 14 guests. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and en-suite bathroom upstairs, then a Queen, a double and a twin upstairs, and a double and a twin downstairs, so ideal for elderly or disabled guests. A large sofa bed in the upstairs living area comfortably sleeps two people. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort and can be set to a temperature to suit you. The house has 2 living areas each with cable TV (one with 60" Widescreen TV) and video, and two dining areas which is ideal when there are 2 or more families. The home is one of the largest in the Orlando area. All the rooms are spacious allowing several families to spread out without getting under each others feet. We have wireless broadband Internet access from a PC with a range of memory card readers and a CD Burner so ideal if you wish to download photos from your camera. If you prefer, take your own laptop and you can have Internet access in seconds provided you have a wireless LAN card in the laptop. To help keep your kids amused when not at the parks, we have a Games Room, two Sony Playstation 2's, a Nintendo DS (with lots of games), a portable DVD player for car journeys or to use in the house, a massive DVD library you are free to use and of course a large pool. To help with any of your trips we provided a GPS Sat Nav unit for use during your stay, pre-programmed with many local points of interest, restaurants, cinemas, malls and of course the theme parks. We accept the following methods of payemnt
Upon booking you will be required to pay $150 / £100 per week (or part week) down-payment to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 5 weeks prior to your vacation.
There is an additional charge of $22 / £14 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months. Contact us (Roger and Carolyn Parry)
