Calabay Parc is a newly completed development of luxury vacation homes, located to the west of Walt Disney World on US27. It is ideally positioned to provide an excellent vacation base, being only fifteen minutes from Disney World, but nestling in a peaceful area of woodlands and orange groves. There is a championship golf course within two minutes drive of Calabay Parc, and many more close by, so the community makes a good base for a golfing vacation. There is an ample selection of major restaurants and shops and a recently opened Publix supermarket nearby. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, with alternative entry points at Sanford airport (60 minutes) and Tampa airport (75 minutes), allowing maximum flexibility for choice of flights. Our home includes three double sized bedrooms all with large walk-in cupboards, 1 King double, 1 Queen double and 2 single and 3 bathrooms,2 ensuite.Roomy well designed lounge with a Queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 8 people comfortably. Superb south facing heated pool, which is not overlooked and looks out onto beautiful conservation woodlands.

Our villa is our home from home and as such we have fitted it out as a comfortable HOME and not just a rental. We have tried to think of everything that we or you might need while on your holiday. We are confident that you will love our home as much as we do. Here is a full description of the villa. Lounge There is a spacious lounge/family room area with ceiling fan, comfortable 3-seater bed-settee, 2 chairs, 42 " Plasma cable TV, DVD player and films and a 5 CD/Cassette/Radio. The lounge/family room area has access out to the inviting and secluded patio and pool area via sliding glass doors, alarmed for your children's safety. The dining area adjoins both the lounge and kitchen, and boasts a fine elegant light oak table and chairs ideal for more formal dining. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A nook with table and chairs provide a place for casual eating. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. You'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available in the utility room. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a colour cable TV and DVD player.There is more than ample storage space in a walk-in closet with a digital safe, and there is a door to access the patio and pool. Master Bathroom The Matser bathroom includes a large Roman bath, his and her basins, separate toilet and a large shower cabinet, and a hairdryer. Second Master Bedroom The second master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, cable TV and a further en-suite bathroom including a bath with over shower, toilet and vanity and hairdryer. Bedroom Three The third bedroom has twin beds, and cable TV and adjoing bathroom including a bath with over shower, toilet and vanity unit with hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Pool area The large extended patio at the rear, which can be lit at night, is completely enclosed by a fine mesh screen for keeping out insects (but not the sun!). Patio table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining, also 3 sun loungers for topping up the suntan. The south facing swimming pool is not overlooked, approximately 24 x 18 and its depth varies from 3 to 5 and there is underwater Multicoloured lighting system. The pool is regularly maintained and serviced, and heating is available by arrangement. Games Room New fully equipped games room includes a pool table, air hockey table, football table and electronic darts board. This wiil keep the teenage kids happy for hours. Utility Room A separate utility room houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The garage is also accessed through this utility room A FREE travel crib, and highchair are also available if required. There are 3 telephone's for your use; local calls are free, but all other calls must be paid for by credit card. The villa is fully licensed by the State and County Authorities and for your added peace of mind and protection is fitted with smoke alarms, full security system and emergency lighting. Our Local management company ( Apollo Florida ) is always on hand to answer any question that may arise.
