Our luxury executive 6 bedroomed, 4 bathroomed villa is only 3 miles from Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios,Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney. 15 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Pleasure Island, Seaworld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove where you can swim with the Dolphins. For all of you Mums who like shopping, there is the Millenia Mall, Florida Mall, Premuim Outlets and Prime Outlets with lots of designer shops, Flea markets and lots more - all the shopping you could ever want. Now for Dads, if you would prefer a round of golf, we have quite a lot to choose from most being Championship courses, Celebration, Champions Gate, Reunion, all within a 10 minute radius of our villa. plus, a large gym and pool at celebration. What more could you ask for, a holiday of a lifetime, and what's more you will want to come back for more.
Our Air-conditioned home is situated between Markers 4 and 5 on Highway 192, which is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Oak Island Cove, Formosa Gardens is an exclusive walled community of Executive Luxury Homes. Some, like ours, are overlooking the lake and the conservation area. We are only a mile from the Winn Dixie Supermarket, shops, Beauty Therapist, for that bit of pampering and lots of different restaurants, Steakhouses and internet cafes. Our beautiful home consists of 6 Double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two with walkin showers. Lounge with TV and DVD player, Dining Room, Family Room with 42" Flat screen TV, Stereo System and Docking Station for your IPods. Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Breakfast area. King Master suite with ensuite bathroom and Pool access, 2 Queen Masters with ensuite bathrooms. Two Themed Twin bedrooms for the children. Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Pirates of the Caribbean, one full bedroom. Three bedrooms are downstairs and Three are upstairs. Most rooms have ceiling fans and televisions and DVD players and lots of storage space. Our huge 30 foot by 15 foot pool is South Facing for all of you sun worshippers which can be heated if required and lights up at night for swimming and that al fresco dining. We have a utility room with a Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. We also have a Games Room with a Pool Table, Foss Ball and lots more games, Electric Darts and a multitude of board games and toys, there is also a Playstation 2. There is also a Cot,Highchair and small stroller provided free of charge. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are also provided. Free local phone calls.Wireless internet acess. The beaches are about an hours drive away either the Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Coast, where you have Kennedy Space Centre which is definitely worth a visit, very exciting and entertaining for everybody. There is Old Town just 5 minutes drive up the 192 which caters for all of you classic car and country music enthusiasts and lots of entertainment therein. And of course all of the Theme Parks.
