Welcome to Orista Villa at Calabay Parc the perfect holiday home in Orlando Florida.Our stunning, privately owned executive villa is set within the beautiful landscaped community of Calabay Parc, a highly acclaimed and much sought after holiday location close to all the major attractions. This four bedroom, three bathroom, air conditioned villa comes complete with swimming pool and spa, games room and all the comforts you could want to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. It offers two master bedrooms, both with en-suites and private access to the pool and spa area. Two further good-sized twin-bedded rooms share a large bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. Orista Villa provides spacious and luxurious accommodation for a family holiday but is also perfect for two families to share. There are large open living areas to ensure there is room for everyone to relax in comfort along with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The living room has comfortable sofas, a large screen cable TV and DVD player, although those who are serious about their audio/video entertainment may prefer to use the separate TV lounge with its flat screen plasma TV, home theatre DVD system and PS2. If you want to bring along your laptop or any Wi-Fi device to stay in touch with family and friends (and dare we mention work!) there is a free high-speed wireless internet connection.Our newly installed games room boasts a full-sized slate-bed 8’ pool table, foosball table, electronic dart board and lots of games for those times when you simply want to relax at home. Our west facing pool and spa area provides all the sun that a sun-worshipper could want and also creates the perfect setting for watching the sunset. There is perhaps no better way to end the day or recover from a hard day at the parks than to have dinner 'al fresco' under the covered patio or take a relaxing spa as the sun sinks slowly into the forest at the rear of the villa. We have tried to provide everything you might need to make your holiday enjoyable including, for those of you with younger children, a portable cot, stroller, car seat and high chair. We are seasoned Florida villa vacationers and have purchased and equipped Orista Villa to be the place where we would want (and do) spend our holidays.The villa is very close to a number of championship golf courses and just fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World. Our villa provides more than just somewhere to sleep between visits to the theme parks it is a home from homeSpa and PoolThe pool is private, not overlooked at the rear and looks out onto an open area with tall pines. A fine mesh screen encloses the pool and deck area. For those guests wanting some shade there is a covered lanai which also provides the perfect area to eat ‘al fresco’ meals or sit and relax with a drink after a hard day at a theme park. The lanai can be lit at night and a ceiling fan will keep you cool on those hot days or warm evenings.To help you relax there is a spa which is automatically controlled and fitted with powerful jets. Nothing better to start or end the day! Master SuiteThe master bedroom is spacious and tastefully furnished with matching dresser and side tables. Attractive bed linen covers the King size (6' 6" ) bed and the room is equipped with colour cable TV with remote, radio alarm clock and telephone. A ceiling fan stirs the cooled air, adding to your overall comfort. There is also a personal door opening onto the pool area for that early morning invigorating session in the spa. There is door leading to the well-appointed en-suite bathroom which has a twin bowl vanity unit, garden tub style bath, large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a large walk-in closet which offers all the storage space you could need. There are plenty of towels and a hairdryer with diffuser is provided for your convenience.Second Master SuiteThe second master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a Queen size (5ft) bed covered with tasteful bed linen. Complemented by matching dresser and side tables it is equipped with colour cable TV with remote, radio alarm clock and CD player. There is also a large walk-in closet. Like the 1st master bedroom there is a personal door giving access to the pool area.The en-suite bathroom has a single bowl vanity unit, large walk-in shower and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.TV LoungeWhile other members of your party are enjoying the games room, relaxing in the living room or by the pool, why not watch one of more than 100 cable TV channels on the flat screen plasma TV or better still enjoy a DVD with surround sound using the home theatre system. If you are in the mood for a video game why not try your hand with the PS2 (which really does look great on a plasma TV!!). All this is provided along with a relaxing, comfortable sofa in the separate TV lounge area. Living RoomWith its high ceiling, the light and airy living room is the heart of the villa. It has luxury fitted carpet and is furnished with two comfortable sofas and an armchair. There is a large screen cable TV with remote, DVD player and a central ceiling fan for added comfort. Triple patio doors provide access to the lanai and pool area and views to the pine trees beyond. Games RoomThe garage has been converted into a games room. For those times away from the parks and attractions when adults and children alike are looking for some amusement, the games room will provide many hours of distraction. There is a ceiling fan along with a floor standing tower fan to help keep you cool.The games room is equipped with a full size (8ft) slate-bed ‘Eliminator’ pool table with deep euro blue cloth, cues and balls. All you would need for your own family tournament. There is also a Foosball ‘Professional’ (54”x30”) games table in a 14” maple laminate cabinet with gloss green playfield and an electronic darts game.There is a tall ‘pub-style’ table with two matching stools along with a chilled drinks cabinet so that players and spectators don’t miss any of the action by going to the kitchen for refreshment! KitchenThe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It has a large fridge/freezer with icemaker and chilled water dispenser, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses including plastic for use on the pool deck.Leading from the adjacent dining area is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Fourth BedroomThe fourth bedroom offers two further single beds. To keep the memories of the day alive for the younger members of the family, it has been decorated with a Disney theme in mind. They will have their own Mickey TV as well as their favourite Disney character soft toys to snuggle down with as they sleep. There is a large built-in closet and ample drawer space. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the third bedroomThird BedroomThe third bedroom is comfortably furnished with two single beds covered with tasteful bed linen. There is a large built-in closet, ample drawer space and the room is equipped with colour cable TV with remote and a CD player.This bedroom shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom. It comprises single basin vanity unit, a bath with shower over and a toilet. A hair dryer is also supplied for your convenience.
