Silver Palms' spacious villa accommodation is all on one level - NO stairs to climb. We have professionally furnished and upgraded our villa with your comfort in mind. Our light and airy open plan family area is great for relaxing or watching your favourite program on the enormous 52" high definition TV. Enjoy some fun in our games room or cool off in the extened swimming pool after a busy day at the parks. At Silver Palms Florida villa the fun doesn't have to stop when you get home from Disney World, Sea world, the Florida beaches or other attractions.... You can socialise at the beautiful state of the art 4,000 sq ft Solana Vacation Resort Clubhouse and take advantage of all the amenities and activities only 200 yards from the villa. Living Areas: Cathedral ceilings give our villa a light and airy ambiance. The family room, kitchen & breakfast nook are all one big open area and is beautifully furnished. We have a fantastic 52 inch high definition TV connected to multi-channel cable plus a DVD giving you a great viewing experience. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer. The laundry area has washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. For more formal family dining you can move into our elegant dining area which is tastefully furnished with a dining table and chairs. Set & ready for you to enjoy. Master Bedrooms: The spacious Master Bedroom leads off the family room and is furnished with a large size bed with matching furniture and lamps, a walk in closet and 27 inch TV connected to multi-channel cable. The private bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower, and separate bath and of course the essential hairdryer. Our 2nd Master Bedroom again with its own ensuite bathroom, plus hairdryer is furnished with a large size bed, matching furniture, large closet and a TV connected to multi-channel cable. Other Bedrooms: Bedroom 3 and 4 has shared bathroom facilities and is furnished with twin beds, matching furniture, large closet and TV connected to multi-channel cable - plus an Xbox and a great choice of games. (So my son tells me!) Bedroom 5 our pretty lilac room has shared bathroom facilities and is furnished with twin beds, matching furniture and large closet. Exterior: Our large private heated swimming pool has underwater lighting and a huge extended deck, west facing so you can enjoy the sun from mid-morning and still sit and watch the beautiful Florida sunsets. Our pool is equipped with a child safety guard and our patio doors are alarmed. Patio chairs, table, parasol and sun beds are provided and our pool is regularly cleaned and serviced. During the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated. Location & Surroundings: Silver Palms is located within the exclusive gated resort of Solana. Driving through the manned gatehouse brings you to a well laid and planned resort, with a private clubhouse and facilities beautifully set in luscious sub-tropical palms and manicured landscape. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries, and offers information for guests staying at the resort. A sparkling clear community pool and hot-tub/spa ready for you to splash into, there's a sun-deck to drench yourself in the Florida rays. Be sure to get to the pool-side early if you want to use one of the shaded cabanas provided. There's a lounge area, where you can sit and chat or meet other guests staying at Solana Resort. The kids can enjoy themselves on the video arcade games provided, and you can keep fit using the gym and keep in touch with friends, family or business needs while on vacation from the IT centre that provides free high-speed internet access for our guests. Younger kids can enjoy the tot-lot, and everyone will want to have a go on the putting green! What our guests say........ July 2009 Delighted with the villa, when we opened the door it was so much better than we expected. The swimming pool was great and the barrier for the children made it feel safer. It was a nice place to relax and the Resort was an ideal place - it makes you feel safer when you are in a resort with locked gates. Re-booked Christmas/New Year 2009 Catherine: Your villa is well maintained and clean, and in an ideal area, not too far from the activities we wanted to do. It was pleasant to arrive and have all the amenities we needed there. A quick trip to the grocery store and we were set for the week. All essentials, like grocery, drugstores etc are close by. We had friends staying in the same resort but we loved the location of your villa more as it had a south facing pool. The house was well laid out giving privacy to both families.
