Our home is beautiful 4 bedroom (2 Master en-suite and 2 twin) 3 bath single storey villa. Furnished to a high standard and occupying a quiet, sunny position on Magic Landings. After the hustle and bustle of a busy day come ‘home’ and enjoy the luxury, space and peacefulness of your own home from home. The private heated pool and spa is s/w facing and gets the Florida sunshine all day long. The games room is a great new addition and very popular with our guests. Our prices including FREE pool and spa heat, free National and International calls, high speed (wireless) internet, all taxes, and utilities. Freshly laundered linens and towels are also included. Great location for Golf, theme parks, shopping, restaurants, lakes, parks and beaches. Located directly opposite Osceola Heritage Park and Silver Spurs Arena and less than 1 mile from the Florida Turnpike in Kissimmee. This is a great location for family holidays, golfing holidays or business.
Magic Landings is an exclusive gated community located just off the US 192 opposite Osceola Heritage Park and Silver Spurs Arena. It is less than 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and all major attractions. You will also find numerous restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets just a few minutes drive away. We are very proud of our luxury home which has been built to a high standard and, for added luxury, includes upgraded furniture and fittings and has tiled flooring, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan, and, having 4 bedrooms (2 masters en-suite) and two twin rooms, is ideal if two families wish to stay together, saving on the cost of your holiday. The villa consists of a formal dining area with seating for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and utility room, and lounge with French doors leading to the pool area. The two master bedrooms are both en-suite and have private doors opening onto the shaded pool-side dining area (lanai). In addition there are two twin rooms with a shared bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned and for added comfort all bedrooms and the lounge area have ceiling fans fitted. Probably the most important and most used area at the villa would be the 24’ x 12’ pool with Jacuzzi/spa. An ideal private setting to cool off and relax after a busy day. The large sun kissed decking area and covered, shaded lanai (which also has a ceiling fan), are perfect to lounge around and read a book or play with the kids. For you to be able to enjoy this area at it’s best we offer free pool and spa heat to all of our guests. In accordance with Florida Law, and for the safety of your children, all doors and windows which lead to the pool area are alarmed. For our guests peace of mind, the home also has a security alarm system. A minimum booking of 4 nights is required during peak and high season.
