Fabulous 5 bedroom villa in Calabay Parc. A fantastic location for your central Florida vacation. Calabay Parc is located only 12 minutes from Disney. It is 2.5 miles from the I-4 allowing easy and quick access to the whole of the Orlando area theme parks, shopping malls and attractions as well as both the Gulf and Space coast attractions and beaches. If golf is your game there are numerous golf courses within a few miles of the villa, including Highlands Reserve, Champions Gate and Southern Dunes. The villa is on two floors and can sleep a maximum of 12 people.On the ground floor there are 2 King size master suites; open plan living and dining area with kitchen and breakfast nook; cinema room and games room. Upstairs there is a 3rd master suite (queen size) and two further twin rooms which share a 4th bathroom. One twin room is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme for the young and young at heart. This is complete with a cute Mickey mouse TV and DVD player. The cinema room, installed January 2008 is state of the art with a 92 inch screen and surround sound for the full cinema experience. It additionally has HiDef Cable TV and a PS3 games console with two handsets. In the family room there is a 47inch High Definition / Blu-Ray TV also with cable and a second PS3 games console. Each bedroom has a TV and the two twin rooms have DVD players.The pool and spa are south facing and have gas heating if required. There is a shaded lanai which allows outdoor dining whatever the weather. We have a mega George Foreman outdoor grill for the BBQ experience without the mess. There are plenty of seats, tables, loungers out by the pool for the sun lovers. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.One master suite opens directly onto the pool deck. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery; dish washer; microwave; cooker; fridge and freezer with ice-maker. There is a large washing machine and tumble drier in a separate laundry area plus iron and iron board. We have some new baby equipment in the villa including a high chair, cot and baby monitor. The games room has a pool table; air hockey table; electronic basketball game; soft darts and a CD player with i-Pod docker. Upstairs we have an office area complete with PC and high speed internet access allowing you to keep in touch with family or business or just check theme park opening times and directions to attractions. We also provide a small safe free of charge to allow you to store your valuables during your vacation. For your security the villa is alarmed and you will have your own individual code for this security system. We think the villa offers everything you might need to have a fantastic vacation.
