Heron Villa is located in the fabulous gated community of High Grove Resort. Situated just six minutes from Disney, Heron Villa offers our guests the ultimate in a luxury vacation. The villa is built in a Mediterranean style with red tiled roofs. It is a fully air conditioned, single storey villa, consisting of four bedrooms. Two master suites and two twin rooms, luxury living area and a superbly equipped fully fitted kitchen. Heron Villa also has its own games room. We also give our guest many extras at no extra cost.The two master en-suites open directly onto the pool and spa area. There are a further two twin rooms which have their own adjoining bathroom. We offer free local, national and international telephone calls. Guests also have the use of Hi- Speed internet and WiFi. We even have our own computer for the use of our guests.Each of the master suites opens out onto the private pool area. The master suites are luxuriously furnished with king size beds. Both master suites have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. The rooms are tastefully decorated and each master suite has its own independent cable TV system and DVD player. The twin rooms consist of two comfortable single beds in each room. The rooms are linked by an adjoining bathroom. Each twin also has its own television and DVD player. The fully equipped, open plan kitchen diner, with breakfast bar and dining table, adjoins the living area, is equipped with a self cleaning full range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, garbage disposal and large fridge freezer and ice maker. It is fully equipped with every utensil that you may need during your stay. There is also a fully integrated laundry consisting of washer and independent tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The large open plan living area is sumptuously furnished with a comfortable luxury leather 3 piece suite, coffee and occasional tables and lamps. The entertainment area consists of a 37” High Definition Plasma television, with its own cable system with a sports package including English Premiership soccer. There is also a HD recorder (Skyplus), IPod docking station & player, DVD, CD and VCR players. We also have a ‘paperback’ library and a selection of board games for our guest to use.Heron Villa has its own Games room with Pool table, Basketball hoop game, Foosball / table football, and Electronic darts. There is also a 26” TV and a Playstation 2 console with a small selection of games.Outside you will find a beautiful pool, which can be heated if required. The pool has a built in spa. The pool deck is tastefully constructed in brick pavers and is fully screened and surrounded by Hibiscus and Jasmine shrubs. The pool has a colour change lighting system installed to give you something “different” in the hours of darkness. The pool deck is also illuminated at night and is furnished with chairs, sun loungers and table. Enjoy cooking on the permanent BBQ. The Lanai has a ceiling fan and lighting. As required by Florida State law all exits opening onto the pool area are alarmed to offer an added degree of safety for our younger guests. Heron Villa backs onto a manicured grassed conservation area the size of two football fields, so you have nobody overlooking you. The gardens surrounding the villa are tastefully landscaped in tropical plants and shrubs.All linens and towels are provided for our guests and we have even provided for our important younger guests a cot and high chair. Our Management Company are on call 24 hours a day should they be required.On High Grove Resort there is also a community clubhouse with a TV lounge, games room, gymnasium, swimming pool and heated spa where guests from around the world often meet. There are also organised events several times a month.Heron villa is situated just two minutes from the local Wal-Mart and Publix supermarkets with many restaurants, take-aways, bars, shops and gas stations on the doorstep. Golf lovers will find many Championship quality courses only minutes from the villa.Conveniently situated near the 192 & Highway 27 intersection, you are only 5 minutes from Interstate 4 which takes you to the Atlantic coast where you find Daytona, Cocoa and the many Eastern beaches as well as Kennedy Space Centre. Go West on the I4 to Tampa and Bushe Gardens and the Gulf of Mexico beaches including the fabulous Clearwater, St Pete’s, Sarasota and Tarpon Spring areas.
