POOLWhatever time of year the 24 by 16 foot pool is available, with heating ( at an extra cost) for you to relax after a hard day out with Mickey Mouse.There are sun loungers and table and chairs to sit, have a drink and chill (without being cold,this is not the u.k.)The area is protected by a lanai screen to stop insects but not the sun.Being a south facing pool we have the sun all day long but there is shade under the umberella.LOUNGEThe lounge is extremly spacious with 2 sofas (1 a sofa bed) t.v., d.v.d. player with a range of dvds and books.French doors (alarmed for child protection) lead out and gives views of the pool and patio area.One end of the loung comprises of a large dining table and chairs.KITCHENAn extremely well equipped kitchen adjoins the lounge/dining area.This is fully fitted with a large american fridge/freezer,large cooker, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, waste disposal and blender.All cooking utensils,cutlery,crookery and glassware are provided.The area also comprises of a breakfast dining table and chairs to seat 6 people with a further 2 seats at the breakfast bar.UTILITY AREAThe utility area is accessed off the kitchen and comprises of washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This is at the back of the spacious double garage.BEDROOMSThe master bedroom is bright and spacious with a queen size bed,t.v. lots of drawers and a walk in wardrobe.This room has an en-suite shower room with bath and a seperate w.c.EN-SUITE BATHROOMComprises of lit mirror like in the movies,bath,shower and seperate toilet.There is also a hairdryer and storage cupboard with endless supply of towels.TWIN BEDROOMThere are two spacious twin bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space.FAMILY BATHROOM.This is situated just outside both twin bedrooms and comprises of bath,shower,toilet,sink,hairdryer and towels.FLORIDA PINESThis is a quiet part residential estate on highway 27, there is a community pool and a childrens play area.The villa is ideal for local restaurants and retail outlets such as Publix and Walmarts.Highway 192 is minutes away with pubs,restaurants and hotels.
