It is built on one floor and is situated just 10 minutes west of Disney's main gate.The Villa sleeps 8 - 10 people in 2 Ensuite Master Bedrooms and 2 Twin Rooms (which share a bathroom)There is a beautiful 14ft x 26ft Heated Pool and JacuzziCable TV is available in the Living Room and Master Bedrooms with a DVD Player and Playstation in the living area.The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge with ice-making, a dishwasher, washer and drier.The Villa has fully inclusive calls within the US and a High Speed Internet link (no PC supplied)
A beautiful Mediterranean style Villa with 4 bedrooms and a private pool.The Villa sleeps up to 10 people (double sofa bed in living area) and has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite facilities (each with King size bed) and 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.The living area is beautifully furnished with sliding doors to the pool area, and open plan access to the kitchen.The fully equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar and a dining table and includes a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge (with ice making), and a washer and a drierThere are TVs in the living room and in the master bedrooms, all with cable TV, plus the living room has a DVD player and PS2, with a selection of DVDs and PS2 games.There is a high speed internet connection (although no PC is supplied) and calls within the US are included.The house is fully air conditioned (or can be heated if you prefer!) and has an alarm system. There is a 14" x 26" heated Pool and Spa, with a pool cover, enclosed by large screen with deck lanai (and BarBQ) and luxury pool furniture (and various pool tools).All linen and towels are included, and there is a small travel cot at the Villa. Larger cots and high chairs can be rented from the Management Company. A daily maid service can be arranged, for mid-stay cleans.The Villa is strictly Non smoking and no pets are allowed. The Villa is located on one floor.High Grove has a club house with community pool, Internet and a small gym and is situated at the junction of the i27 and the 192. A Walmart is situated across the road from High Grove. There are numerous restaurants within a short distance and there are many golf courses within a short drive.
