Our beautiful spacious home is nestled in Indian Creek, one of the closest communities available to Disney. So close in fact you could easily nip home for a cooling swim in the afternoons or go back in the evening for the spectacular firework displays. We can also give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic, just one set of lights and you're there. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private pool and hot tub, we have added a whole range of upgrades and enhancements such as a top of the range games room, internet access with a pc and wireless access and a 52" wide screen high definition tv and surround cinema sound to name just a few features. Decorated to the highest of standards and beautifully furnished throughout, we offer the ultimate in home comforts in luxurious surroundings.
Your comfort is our main priority and Serendipity Villa is beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has everything you could need to make this your home from home. The large open plan family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv, dvd player and cable tv and a surround cinema sound system. Three skylights in the cathedral ceilings let in lots of natural light and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Our private pool and hot tub is fully fenced for complete privacy and is south facing for endless sunshine. There is plenty of luxury, high quality padded pool furniture and a large dining area under the shaded lanai. The fence is attractively beach themed and the pool, garden and patio area is beautifully lit in the evenings. Our Games Room is great for all ages and has an 8ft slate bed pool table, 7ft pro air hockey table, table foosball and a wide selection of boardgames for all ages. There is a 32" tv for the Playstation and dvd's and also a music centre. Our gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal an is fully stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and handy gadgets such as a crock pot. Our master suite has a luxury pillow-top orthopedic king bed, cable television and dvd player, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private access to the pool via the en-suite bathroom which has a double vanity unit, large shower cubicle and luxury roman bath tub. Our second master has a padded-top king bed with cable television and dvd player, private access to the pool and an en-suite bathroom with full bath and shower. Bedroom three which is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy, has a padded-top king bed, cable tv and dvd, ceiling fan and private bathroom with full bath and shower. Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds and share our fourth bathroom, also with a full bath and shower. Nemo's Room also has a Playstation with games All our bedrooms have Tv's and Dvd players and the three king bedrooms also have cable tv.
