SUNSEEKER HOUSE is our beautiful fully air-conditioned, 3 bed/ 2.5 bath TOWN HOUSE overlooking a wonderful fishing lake. It has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard we want for you our guests and with all the necessities of a home from home.


The lounge has up-graded furniture and soft furnishings; this leads out on to our private patio area, with umbrella, table & chairs and matching sun loungers. A superb HOT TUB with water feature, lights, palm trees and beautiful plants give this area a wonderful tropical feel. You have all this and if you feel like some company it's only a 2-minute stroll to the fabulous Terra Verde Clubhouse and communal pool.


If you are looking for the ideal destination with all the facilities of a 5 star resort and in a convenient yet quiet and peaceful location, let me suggest Terra Verde a 24-hour manned gated resort.

SUNSEEKER HOUSE
Our beautiful luxury two-storey town home, with 3 Bedrooms & 2.5 Bathrooms and it's own private courtyard with hot tub, can be found on the Stunning gated Resort of Terra Verde.

Terra Verde is a master planned resort, nestled just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway.
Located in the Disney corridor just off highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, only 10 minutes drive from the gates of Disney world. With lots of restaurants and shops all within close proximity plus many remarkable golf courses.
Terra Verde has many amenities, which are available to all our guests, which include the fantastic beach and pool area along with a children’s, play area, basketball court, beach volleyball plus a gym & sauna and a games room. A cyber café for you to check your e-mails. If you'd like to book a tee time at one of the many great golf courses nearby, just ask.



ACCOMMODATION

ENTRANCE/FAMILY ROOM
Fully air conditioned and superbly furnished with 2 large sofas, matching tables, lamps, cable TV and DVD.
A wonderful room to relax in.

With a large table & 6 chairs, plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Our beautiful Dining area will impress.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an electric cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. There is a telephone (which accepts all incoming calls and gives you free local outgoing calls). Ideal if you wish to order take-away after a hard day at the theme parks.


KING SIZE MASTER BEDROOM 1
King size bed, with pillow, luxurious furniture, dresser, bedside tables, TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, vanity unit and extra large mirror with lights, hairdryer and luxury towels


BEDROOMS 2 & 3(Upstairs)
Two Twin bedrooms, both with luxury bedding, matching soft furnishings, a closet, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

FAMILY BATHROOM
With bath, shower and vanity unit. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer complete this room.

Pool towels are also available for you to use at the water parks and also at the communal pool & Spa.


LAUNDRY ROOM
No need to do the laundry when you get home, a large washer and dryer are available together with iron and ironing board for your use.

A stroller (buggy) is provided for your use.

All towels, beach towels and luxury linens are supplied.


AMENITIES:
If your time at Terra Verde calls for that extra something you need only to stop at the concierge desk. The club was provided to provide a similar level of customised services as a 5 star resort.
