After an exhausting day in tourist mode, be it at the parks, golfing or shopping, there's no better place to come back to.Our home has been beautifully furnished with the most discerning guest in mind. Upscale furniture, hotel standard quality linens, and many other features have been provided to ensure that your accommodation is of the highest standard. The villa is light, bright, airy and very spacious with high ceilings and open plan living areas. Fully air conditioned, we also have ceiling fans throughout which keep the home comfortably cool when required, especially during the heat of the summer months.In detail the property features the following:-Our sumptuous King Suite - If you like a truly comfortable sleep while you're on vacation, you've come to the right place. Upgraded plush mattresses, downy pillows, and top quality luxury bedding will ensure you feel relaxed and well rested. Recently installed ceiling fans keep the room at the perfect temperature.The bathroom has his and her robes, hairdryers, curling iron and a range of complimentary toiletries for your use.As with all our bedrooms, you can watch your favorite shows on our Cable TV from the comfort of your bed. You really won't want to go home!Our second Master Bedroom is a wonderful Queen Suite. Decorated in a similar style, with comfort and luxury uppermost in mind. The bathroom has identical facilities to the King Master, so no need to toss a coin to see who gets the 'better' room!Our 2 twin bedrooms have a total of four beds, and cable tv in each room. One of the rooms also has a Playstation 2 and a range of games. Family room - Just kick off your shoes, sink into our comfortable sofas, put up your feet and relax, relax, relax. Watch a movie or your favorite show on our large 36" screen TV, listen to some music, read, or just do absolutely nothing! This is YOUR vacation after all!You will love spending your down time in this bright, modern and airy room. Double doors provide direct access to the pool and patio area should you decide to take a dip before dinner, or soak up some of the delightful Florida Sunshine.We hope you enjoy our formal Dining Area, truly spacious and elegant and ideal for enjoying those gourmet meals! If you prefer the easy clean up of tiled floors (with young children we know all about that) we also have a comfortable breakfast nook. This is our usual eating area for more casual dining, and those midday snacks etc. Take advantage of our fully equipped gourmet kitchen. You will find utensils aplenty, and all the usual modern appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle etc. You should be well prepared for making everything from delicious sandwiches to gourmet dinners. We hope we've included most everything you will need but if you do discover there's something you'd like to see in our kitchen please let us know! Additional facilities include a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.At the rear of the home we have a wonderful crystal clear and refreshing private pool with an extended deck and south westerly aspect which ensures all day sun. You can be sure you won't have to convince anyone in the family to jump in! The pool is of course always popular with the children. A removable safety fence is provided for the safety of the little ones.Our luxurious deep padded sun loungers are perfect for taking advantage of the beautiful Florida sunshine. With the extended pool decking you'll find ample space for all the family to stretch out and relax.Our shaded lanai area, with it's comfortable patio furniture, is ideal for those who prefer to enjoy the outdoors while staying out of the sun. Here you can relax, watch the youngsters having fun in the pool, read a good book or just daydream while sipping that ice cold drink. One of the great benefits of our Resort location is the additional amenities which our guests can take advantage of during their stay. All facilities are provided free of charge and there are no additional fees incurred for using the Clubhouse and it's associated facilities.The abundance of impressive tall palm trees which surround the inviting community pool provide a wonderful tropical feel to this area of the Resort. This is a great place for the children to mingle and make some new friends.For the adults, why not take a dip in the pool, or just watch the world go by while relaxing on a sun lounger with a cool drink.The interior of our Clubhouse is truly spectacular and has been lavishly decorated to provide a very elegant feel. Like to meet new people? Then this is the place to mingle. Here you can sink into a comfortable chaise and perhaps watch a show on the large screen television. Snacks are available, and a sundry shop offers a variety of items for purchase. Our fitness room offers an impressive range of state-of-the-art equipment. Whether you prefer some cardiovascular exercise or are working on your strength training, you will find everything you need here for a really satisfactory workout. How about a game of sand volleyball? Challenge some of your friends and family to a game. Great fun for all! In addition to the above we also have an INTERNET CAFE, a fully stocked ARCADE, and outdoors a PUTTING GREEN and a SOCCER FIELD.Our Clubhouse staff organise a variety of fun family activities each month ranging from movie nights to coffee and bagel mornings. Don't forget to pick up your copy of the activities calendar when you arrive at the Resort.We have a wonderful local property manager who takes care of this home. There's no need to go to an office location to collect your keys - just go directly to the home and she will meet you there with your keys. She lives locally so is on hand at any time should you need any help or advice. A valuable resource especially if this is your first time visiting the Orlando area.The local area has an amazing range of activities for visitors to Florida. If you are a golfer, many courses can be found nearby. Highlands Reserve is next door, and the Greg Norman Champions Gate course is 10 minutes drive away.Local grocery shopping can be found 5 minutes away, and larger shopping malls including the Mall at Millenia and the Outlets are a short drive away.There are restaurants aplenty within 5-10 minutes drive, to suit every taste. Ask our property manager for her personal recommendations if you're looking for a specific cuisine.We hope this has given you an idea of what our villa has to offer.
