Tower Lakes Villa is a 2000 square foot villa situated on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This beautiful gated lakeside community is ideally situated within a 15-20 minute drive to Disney using the I4 which generally means that you encounter no traffic jams! Our villa is about 100 metres from the lake front, where you will find a boat ramp and a fishing pier from which you can fish for Bass or try to spot the resident alligators!Tower Lakes Villa has all you need for your sunshine holiday in Florida. It can comfortably sleep 8, and is fully furnished to the highest standards, including everything you need to make this your home from home. Our villa has four bedrooms, two of which have direct access to our beautiful south facing pool and spa, which are not directly overlooked giving you a great degree of privacy. Your stay in our villa will really be a memorable one!
Our four bedroomed villa was built by one of the most respected builders in the central Florida area, and is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. The living room with luxury furniture has a tv, dvr recorder with cable channels including kids and some movie channels, and direct access to the lanai. You also have the benefit of a separate den area with a tv, dvd player, and a queen sized sofa bed should you need the extra sleeping room. We have also recently installed a wireless high speed broadband connection to enable you to log onto the internet through your laptop, and to top it all, this service is provided free!Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a side-by-side fridge freezer with an ice maker, to a waste disposal unit. To hand you will find a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, full sized cooker, pots and pans, and plentiful crockery and cutlery.Our dining area is situated to the side of the kitchen, and can comfortable seat eight people. Off the dining area you will find a laundry room with an american sized washer, dryer, iron and ironboard, so you won't even have to bring home the dirty washing! You will also have use of a telephone, with free calls within the US and Canada.There are four bedrooms, two of which have king sized beds, en-suites, and direct access to the south facing pool and spa, and one of which has a tv. The other two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom, and one is equipped with a Spongebob tv! Our south facing pool area is just heaven on earth! With a 23x16 foot L-shaped heated pool, large spa, fibre optic lighting, extended deck area, covered lanai with table and chairs for al fresco dining, you will not be able to drag yourself away!! We have also installed a pool fence to keep the little ones safe. We have recently added a full sized gas BBQ, which is provided for your use free of charge.For you convenience you will have use of a double garage where you can keep your car out of the hot Florida sunshine. You will also find in the villa all the bed linen and towels you could ever need, along with cutlery and crockery for up to ten.Should you become bored in the villa (!?!?!?!) you can always visit the other attractions in Florida, like Disney, Universal, Wet'n'Wild, Busch Gardens, NASA, the Gulf Coast, Florida Keys, Seaworld, Kissimmee Old Town.......the list is endless, but none of these are compulsory!!In the vicinity of Tower Lake you will find Walmart (24 hour), Winn-Dixie, and Publix. There is also a wealth of restaurants within a short five minute drive, including McDonalds, Burger King, Checkers, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell, along with numerous local eateries to cater for every taste and budget, not least of which is the famous Manny Chophouse which is absolutely unmissable!! Should you wish to eat at the villa, you have the option to cook for yourself, or get a take away from the local restaurants that will deliver to the villa.
