Enjoy your Disney vacation relaxing in our lovely five-bed/four-bath villa, situated in a peaceful gated community. Sunset Ridge is nestled between orange groves, enjoying a quiet location away from the noise. Hi Frances What a wonderful holiday. Your villa suited our needs down to the ground. Plenty of space, lovely warm pool and a hot tub to die for. We had a frantic first two weeks with the family visiting the Parks so it was great for the grandchildren to come back and play in the pool before bedtime. The last week of our holiday when the family had gone home was very relaxing particularly sitting in the tub with a nice glass of wine and watching the stars. Your management company was excellent. There were a couple of minor problems that were dealt with within a matter of hours. Cannot praise them enough. I really can't think of anything that would make it better as we had such a wonderful time. I wish you luck for the rest of the year and hope you guests enjoy themselves as much as we did. Pauline and Alan We provide a complimentary welcome pack for your arrival so no need to stop off and buy the essentials for a cup of tea or coffee when you get to the villa - tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, bread and spread will be waiting for you! And so, after a long journey, you can go straight to the villa unload the car and relax straight into your Florida vacation! You do not even have to collect a key from our Management Company as we have a coded keypad entry system!! The villa has a 'home from home' feel that can be all yours for your Florida vacation! Rest, relax, soak up the sun, visit the parks and all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The villa is just 12 minutes from Disney, where Mickey and all the other characters are waiting to greet you!! Then after you have spent a long day enjoying a Disney theme park or other Orlando attraction you can return to the villa and watch the children play in the pool while you sip a cool drink on our new padded poolside furniture! We have just had a new 4 person heated spa installed at the villa - relax and unwind with 11 hydrotherapy jets and colour change lights!! Alternatively they can play on the computer or PS2 in the separate den, or in the games room with a game of pool or even foosball, while you rest and relax and continue enjoying your day with a long cool drink in the air conditioned villa and watch the latest match on our new 50" HDTV!! In all the villa has 5 cable TV's, 3 DVD players and a PS2 console with games and karoke, a DVD library and an ever growing supply of books! - along with the games room there is something to keep everyone amused!! We have provided walkie-talkies for your use in the theme parks, beach and pool towels as well as bath towels, a Senseo coffee maker and laundry baskets for each bedroom! All the little things that 'may not be needed' - but they help!! A new shopping center - Posner Park - is just a 2 minute drive from the villa with Target, JC Penney, Belz, Michaels, Ross, Best buys, Pet Supermarket (worth a visit to look at the pet parlour!!), etc. You could even walk there if it wasn't for all the bags you might be carrying back!! Target has a small grocery dept with fresh milk, bread, drinks, frozen meals, etc - just no fresh veg or fruit but perfect to pick up a few bits you might have forgotton on your way back to the villa after a day at the park! If you play golf, the villa is a 5 minute drive from several award winning golf courses including Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes and Champions Gate. The villa is perfect for a multi-family or a multi-generation family of up to 12 people visiting all the delights Orlando can offer.

THE MAIN FEATURES OF OUR VILLA: ~~ THE FAMILY ROOM ~~ ------------------------------ ~A large, spacious lounge area with patio doors leading out to the pool, the room is tastefully decorated with a three seater sofa and 2 love seats, a NEW 50" HDTV, DVD player and a CD music system. The library of DVDs includes a wide range of titles. Voile curtains and soft lighting complete the area and help you to relax and unwind in the evening after a long, hot day at the theme parks! _______________________ ~~ SEPARATE DEN ~~ --------------------------- ~The separate den has a PS2, cable TV and wireless internet access (bring your own laptop)!! We have provided a printer should you need to print off directions etc!! There are plenty of fact sheets on local attractions and takeaway menus etc. There is also a large library of books to choose from if you prefer to spend a bit of time chilling out and having a quiet read! This room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. _______________________ ~~ DINING AREA ~~ ------------------------- ~The dining area has an extendable table seating up to 10 people. We have added beautiful gold voile curtains (drapes) to help create a fine dining evening! _______________________ ~~ KITCHEN ~~ -------------------- ~The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave, electric kettle! Senseo coffee maker! glass topped cooker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. Everything you would expect to find in a kitchen is here!! _______________________ ~~ BREAKFAST BAR ~~ ----------------------------- ~The breakfast bar has 4 barstools where you can enjoy a relaxed cup of coffee whilst thinking about the day ahead!! Our villa is not overlooked from the back by any other villas. The house is fully air conditioned inside, so when the sun gets too hot you can slip inside to cool down! You can relax by the south facing pool with a cool drink and totally relax in the Florida sun. William and family. ________________________________ Hi Frances Sorry to take so long to get back to you after our brilliant Florida holiday but I had to go back to work on Monday and have been trying to catch up all week. I could have done with another week off to chill out and relax really. We had a wonderful stay in your lovely villa, we couldn't fault it, it catered for all our needs and it was well situated for all the parks. Our two girls loved the pool and the games room. It was ideal for our two year old (Abigail) to gain confidence in the water and after day one she wanted to 'wim' every time she looked out of the patio doors and although everyone said we wouldn't have time for a games room, it was great for the children to amuse themselves while we were getting ready to go out. On the day we went to Epcot which was a late one because we stayed to watch the World Showcase and it was the only day we had a thunderstorm and loads of rain, I took the wrong piece of paper instead of the one with the keypad number on and couldn't for the life of me remember the number. We were locked out in the rain with no contact phone numbers or anything, my name was mud. The only thing that I had in my mind were the letters ***. Fortunately the visitors at the next villa (***) were very helpful and telephoned their management company who said they had heard of *** and called back with their number. I rang them and spoke to a very helpful Terry who gave me the keypad number. Needless to say, I engraved the number on my brain after that. Apart from this one day, we had lovely warm weather and came home with good tans. The highlight of our stay was the day at Discovery Cove, it was expensive but unforgettable. We didn't realise at first, that the day we went to Blizzard Beach was their first day open after refurbishment and we virtually had the whole park to ourselves for the day. It was a great day away from the crowds. As I said previously, we couldn't fault the villa and think you've done a great job of making it a comfortable and relaxing base for a great holiday. We would love to stay again sometime and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family.
