The air conditioned villa is bright & spacious accommodating up to 12 people plus baby/toddler with 3000 square foot of living space including a first floor master suite & a ground floor family suite, a large bright family room, a quiet snug, a children’s play room & a fully stocked games room.

Ideal for single families, two families or extended family that want space & luxury who don’t want to worry about cramped living accommodation.

Where is “Crescent Lakes”?

Off Poinciana Boulevard, minutes from the 192, I4, restaurants, shops, championship golf courses & of course Disney World

Disney World is 15 minutes away; access to Universal, Sea World, Wet & Wild & all the shopping on International Drive is also only 20 minutes away. Publix the local supermarket is just 5 minutes away along with Domino’s Pizza, KFC, McDonalds & various International take away restaurants. So all your essentials are very close by.

Set over 2 floors the tiled ground floor comprises of:

Family Room

A large bright room with doors leading out onto the pool & deck area. 52 inch TV with cable, leather sofas, DVD player (with DVD’s) HiFi system. An ideal place to relax in following a hectic day in the parks, shopping or golfing.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with everything you could ever need & more, including large fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave & dishwasher. The nook area provides a table & chairs & overlooks the pool. Clothes washer & drier are situated in the garage.

Dining Room

For formal dining & entertaining. Wood and slate table with 6 chairs.

Games Room

Pool table, electronic darts, foosball, air hockey and table tennis. Not just for the kids

Child safety fence around pool and alarms on doors, buggy, highchair, cot, monitors, nightlights, cutlery, toys, bouncy chair, step up stool and children’s playroom with toys, games, PS2 and TV.

Pool & Spa area

If you like your pool big and want privacy then this is the one for you. Large South facing private pool (30ft x 15ft) & 8ft spa, with optional heating, backing onto Nature Reserve & pond for added privacy. Huge 30 ft covered lanai & deck. Comfy Sun beds & outdoor dining area with child safety fence.

We provide free wireless internet access, just bring your laptop.
