New for 2009 In December following the success of our luxury hot tub at our other home on Sandy Ridge, we installed one at Villa Mango. There are no 'formal' rooms here, relaxed informality is the order of the day at Villa Mango, so slip off those Jimmy Choo's and 'go native'!. You will be close to Disney (around 10 minutes) and within an easy drive from airports, Orlando (30 minutes), Sanford (45 minutes) Tampa (60 minutes), golf courses, restaurants, shops and major attractions. This is the perfect choice for those who want to be out of the hustle and bustle but close to the action. Find Villa Mango off CR532 from nearby Interstate 4, Champions Gate exit 58, or from the 192 via Old Lake Wilson Road, or from the South Orange Blossom Trail. It is this tropical Paradise Island feel that we’ve tried to recreate for our guests at Villa Mango. Inspired by the Florida Keys and the Caribbean, from the moment you walk through the door the colonial style plantation shutters, white rattan furniture and subtle use of colour in the stunning designer décor at Villa Mango truly sets the mood for a happy vacation. Living and Dining The gorgeous tropical decor in the huge open plan kitchen, living and dining area has a Floridian marine theme. Turtles swim up a wall, bright exotic ceramic fish decorate the kitchen and swim in the large dining and side tables. The colourful inviting seating with its abstract fish design and signed Dan Mackin Floridian prints of leaping dolphin and Boca Chita lighthouse on the walls, complete the scene. To keep everyone entertained there is a home theatre system, (ipod compatible for great sounds) with PlayStation 2 and a selection of books and family games. From the windows and patio doors are wonderful views of your private heated swimming pool, spa, luxury hot tub, the pond and woods beyond. Kitchen and Utility Your luxury kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large stove, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, teapot, pots and pans, large walk in pantry, loads of storage and an oversize refrigerator with icemaker. But with so many excellent restaurants close by why eat in? The utility is conveniently located between the kitchen and garage. There is a separate washer and dryer, wash basket, iron and ironing board. Just bring fewer clothes and take them home clean! King Room Your King room is tranquil and luxuriously appointed. Pure indulgence from the oversize extremely comfortable king bed with its designer quilt echoing the quieter moods of the sea, to exotic orchids and the spacious ensuite bathroom with twin basins and shower. A 15ins flatscreen LCD T.V with DVD, phone, large walk in closet and wicker chair make this the perfect room to unwind in. Queen Room Equally as luxurious as the King Room. Here the décor is typically tropical. Kickback, relax and enjoy the large Queen bed, spacious ensuite with shower, and 15 ins flatscreen LCD TV with DVD player. Flip Flop Twin Great for kids or the young at heart. This room has plenty of space with a real feel of the beach and the colouful Floridian lifestyle. This room also has a 13ins TV with built in DVD. Key West Twin Room Pure Key West. This room also has a 13ins TV with built in DVD. Plenty of storage space and quirky features. The two spacious twin rooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. Outside There is ample parking on the driveway or in the double garage. An open plan landscaped front garden with a large grass area at the rear leads down to a pond and wooded area, your very own nature reserve. We have spotted birds of prey, otters, sandhill cranes and wild turkeys plus much much more. Pool area After a refreshing dip in your stunning large curved pool (heating included in our rate) unwind in the inviting spa, luxuriate in your luxury hot tub or relax in the sun on the loungers. Why not eat alfresco on the shaded dining area (lanai)? All pool area tableware is provided. Or after a day of fun and exploration retreat to your luxury villa and chill out by the pool with a cold drink from your huge refrigerator. After dark the underwater and exterior lighting will ensure the outdoor fun continues. The entire pool area is covered by a screen to keep out bugs and leaves. For your comfort and security Villa Mango is fully air conditioned throughout and can also be heated. There are ceiling fans in every room and on the lanai. Every window has interior plantation shutters for greater insulation and privacy. Our experienced Management Company is on call 24/7. Alarm and smoke detector system monitoring 24/7. And a lovely tip for a short cut to Disney avoiding the motorway,,, Thanks,, Anyway, enough bigging up the villa, but we were so pleased with the holiday we have got to say something,,, we have travelled to Florida every other year, in various villa's and hotels, but this is the one that will be remembered for a very long time, well until we book it again, maybe next year,,, if there are any dates left that is,,,'
