With easy access to both the 192 and the I4 it is perfectly positioned for visiting all the major attractions including the theme parks, water parks, the shopping malls and designer outlets and the numerous excellent restaurants and night time activities.The excellent communal facilties at The Palms are free to all guests and include tennis courts, basketball court, swimming pool and a childrens' play area.Situated nearby you will find a post office, bank, convenience store, small strip malls and a small gas station. A Subway Sandwich Bar, Barber & Beauty Salon are located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes/Esprit communities just minutes north of The Palms. Just over a mile away there is a choice of Winn Dixie or Publix supermarkets and the newly completed 24 Hour Super WalMart Store. Another Publix supermarket has recently opened to the South in Berry Town Center at Sand Mine Road which is only half a mile away. Lake Palms is our luxury Florida vacation rental home near Disney. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two reception rooms our lovely fully air-conditioned Orlando villa is very spacious and bright and it has a private screened pool overlooking a lake and grassed areas so there are no properties in front.Our Orlando pool home is tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable and it is set in the very charming, popular sub-division of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates which is only 6 miles from Walt Disney World. We have a Games Room with 8ft slate bed Pool table, Foosball and electronic dart board and Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet available with a laptop. Our Disney villa has nearly 2000 sq ft of living space consisting of a 23'0" x 13'8" formal lounge with separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and an 18'0" x 15'0" family room with patio doors to the pool terrace. The family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation 2, 2 controllers and a selection of games, CD player with a selection of CD's, tapes, movies and books. The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet.The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable Queen bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and a roomy closet with plenty of hanging space. The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, Cable TV and roomy closets. Ceiling fans are fitted in the Family room and the Master and 2nd bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV, both bathrooms have hairdryers and all towels and linens are supplied.A baby cot and cot linen is available at no extra charge. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A Gas BBQ Grill is also provided for our guests' use. Our private pool terrace has a table, cushioned chairs and recliners so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine during your Florida vacation. It can also be illuminated at night for swimming or just to relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day. Smoking is allowed on the pool terrace and the surrounding areas. There is a phone installed which allows unlimited local and incoming calls. An intercom system installed in the kitchen plays piped music to all rooms and the pool terrace.The door entry operates electronically so no keys are required to gain access.Our Orlando villa is fully equipped to make this the ideal home away from home and your ideal Florida vacation destination.There are many excellent and challenging golf courses in Central Florida including Greg Norman's famous one at Champions' Gate, Celebration and the one at Highland's Reserve and all within a ten minute drive.
