The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and overlooks the lounge area with 28' TV DVD and Sony PS2. Guests also have access to wireless internet and free call anywhere in the US and Canada. The villa is ideally situated for the main attractions with Disney only 15 minutes by car. Bridgewater Crossing's relaxing and quiet environment is the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Kissimmee while still being close enough to venture out at night. The villa is maintained by a professional management company located in Bridgewater Crossing. Should you have any questions or need any help their staff are literally a stones throw away. A Chevron petrol station is situated left out of Bridgewater Crossing and this also doubles up as a convenience store. The nearest shopping mall is three miles away by Champions Gate and includes a Publix supermarket, Walgrens Pharmacy, Liquor Store, Dry Cleaners, Nail & Hair Salon and restaurants to complete the complex. These facilities are conveniently located only a few minutes drive from the villa.

The villa has open views to the rear over water whilst maintaining a good degree of privacy. The villa is located in natural wetlands in a conservation area at Bridgewater Crossing 15 minutes drive from Disney. The villa can sleep up to 8 plus an infant.LOUNGE & DININGThe lounge has two sofas, a coffee table side tables with lamps all tastefully situated for your comfort. There is an entertainment center for your enjoyment that consists of a 28 inch TV connected to cable and a VCR and DVD player. The lounge area incorporates vaulted ceilings that create space elegance and light.The principal dining area is situated next to the kitchen by the lounge and will seat six comfortably. There is a smaller dining area by the patio doors to the pool that will seat four.KITCHENThe extensively fitted kitchen contains a large oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, food processor, waste disposal unit and many other utensils complemented with crockery, cutlery, tastefully designed units and work surfaces. To the side of the kitchen there is a telephone provided for guests to make local calls.UTILITY ROOMThe utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.MASTER SUITEThe master bedroom contains a queen size pine bed with matching dressing table, chest and side tables with lamps. There is a large walk in closet, which provides ample storage. Also provided is a remote controlled TV and alarm clock radio.MASTER BATHROOMThe master bathroom has twin vanity units, bath, walk-in shower and WC. Large mirrors and spot lighting complement this. Towels are provided.BEDROOM 2Bedroom two also features a queen size bed in pine with matching chest with side tables with lamps. An alarm clock radio is also provided. The room also comprises a large built in wardrobe. Also provided is a remote controlled TV connected to cable.BEDROOMS 3 & 4Bedrooms three and four both feature twin beds in pine with side tables, lamps and chest. The rooms also comprise large built in wardrobes. Also provided is a remote controlled TV connected to cable.BATHROOM 2This family bathroom comprises a bath, shower, vanity unit and WC. All towels are included.EXTERIORThe exterior is fully landscaped with large palms, plants and shrubs to the front and rear. The property borders are marked each side by shrubs to the front and rear. The rear of the property has open views over a lake that contains a variety of wildlife. The pool area is well spaced from adjacent properties, which provides a good degree of privacy. The villa is located on one of the largest plots on the development in a quiet cul-de-sac.POOLThe patio area contains the 26 X 12 ft pool, which is totally enclosed by a fine mesh screen. The pool faces west and enjoys spectacular sunsets looking out over the lake - ideal to help you relax at the end of the day. The sun covers the entire pool area by midday. Two fully upholstered reclining sun loungers, 8 patio chairs and a table are provided for your comfort and relaxation.Community FacilitiesBridgewater Crossing boasts immaculately kept community features. These include a swimming pool with seating area, BBQ area, basketball court, volleyball court and two tennis courts. There is also a fantastic children's play area for toddlers to use should you wish to have a quiet day relaxing at the villa.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBed linen and towels will be provided on arrival at the property. Pool heating is strongly recommended between November and February at an extra cost. We can provide welcome grocery packs on request which will be at the villa on arrival. The basic pack starts at $45/£25. More substantial packs can be provided at your request and can be themed i.e. honeymoonsBridgewater Crossing is situated three miles from the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate. This facility offers two excellent 18 hole courses. Mystic Dunes at the Wyndham Resort is also highly recommended and is located five miles from the villa. Highland Reserve can be found on Highway 27 North while Southern Dunes is located 15 miles away on Highway 27 South. Disney has six courses which is a short journey from the villa.
