The external features include a 30foot pool/spa which is not overlooked to the rear- a rare thing these days - boasting an extended decking area to both sides of the house - one covered for those preferring a lanai type area and a child safety fence for peace of mind for those families with young children.This vacation home is big enough for those family reunions you keep meaning to organise…..without the hassle of finding enough hotel rooms together – and also much more comfortable and less expensive!!!
Welcome to our home at Hampton Lakes...we love all 3,500sq ft and we hope that you decide to stay.Beyond the villa itself, there is a communal pool,two floodlit tennis courts,basketball hoops and volley ball.There is also a well kept children's play area within walking distance of the villa.There is a Publix supermarket within 5 mins drive and a wealth of restaurants, etc along the US192 only a few minutes further.It is only 15mins to Disney and Golfers will find the nearest course only 3mins down the road!The villa itself has 3 family rooms...there is a 50" TV with upgraded cable (for that UK soccer),DVD,video and CD Hi/Fi.The games room houses a pool table,table football and PS2 with a number of games as well as another DVD,video and CD HiFi...with an X-Box in one of the bedroomsThere is also the front room just for sittin' and chillin'!...and to top it all we provide a wireless internet access point for you to connect from.Outdoor relaxation is enhanced with our beautiful westerly facing 30ft x 15ft pool and spa with extra jets, both which can be heated for your comfort ( for an additional charge). They can both be illuminated at night to continue the enjoyment...while you watch the Seaworld & Epcot fireworks in the distanceThere are plenty of chairs and loungers and we have provided pool towels for your convenienceThere are 7 spacious bedrooms to choose from. One master is downstairs and there are three more upstairs, along with 2 triple rooms and one twin.The all the master bedrooms have TV/DVD combined and all the others have TVsAll 5 bathrooms have bath and shower and we have made sure there are plenty of towels for every oneThere are two highchairs, two strollers and two cots ( more can be provided if needed )for younger members of the familyThe villa is fully air conditioned and there are smoke alarms for your added comfort....all that is left for you to think about is having a great holiday/vacation!!!
