Summary

Be one of the first to enjoy our brand new luxury villa, Situated in the conservation area called Crescent Lakes. It provides the perfect mix - close enough to the theme parks, great restaurants, shops, and other Orlando attractions, and also enjoying natural woodlands and lakes with Cocoa Beach only a short distance away.
With two ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms - it is ideally suited for disabled or elderly guests....
Our villa is luxuriously furnished,with television sets in all the bedrooms, a D.V.D/video player,and a play station 2.
Add in our beautifull pool and jacuzzi,we are sure that you will enjoy your holiday experience.

Description

Our executive Villa ,located only a short distance from the many Orlando attractions and a 15 minute drive to the Disney Parks, enjoying an idylic location,set amongst lakes and trees in the heart of a conservation area, enjoy the scenic walks amongst natural woodlands and its wildlife.

POOL AREA
Relax and enjoy the sun all day in our superb south facing pool with raised jacuzzi.

VILLA
Our beautiful Villa is luxuriously furnished and is fully air conditioned to provide you with the upmost comfort, The standard of our home and its location will not disappoint you.

GROUND FLOOR:
A spacious and light area with cable T.V and D.V.D player,Play Station 2,and a stereo system, all your entertainment needs are met.
Ample,comfortable seating including a large sofa bed.

DINING AREA: Two areas are provided for dining, one area for more formal meals with seating capacity for 8 people and a breakfast/nook cottage style table seating 4 people,

KITCHEN: Provides cooker & hob,dishwasher,fridge/freezer, microwave and other essential kitchen equipment and utensils.

UTILITY ROOM: Washer and separate dryer, ironing equipment.

GAMES ROOM: With a variety of games including, Air Hockey, Pool table and Table Soccer.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS(ground floor): Two ground floor bedrooms one with a Queen bed the other a Twin bed,a T.V in both rooms.
(These two rooms with a bathroom central to the two bedrooms are ideal for elderly or disabled guests).

Two separate bathrooms both with a toilet,shower and a bath.

FIRST FLOOR:

MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower,a T.V is also provided.

Four additional bedrooms,two with Queen sized beds and the other two with twin beds, a T.V is provided in all bedrooms.

Spacious galleried landing with sitting area and T.V

Rental Rates Notes

Please add 13% tax to the above prices.

PAYMENTS
We accept U.S or U.K cheques.
Credit Card payments can be made from any country, payments will be charged in U.S Dollars and will carry a surcharge, 3% for MasterCard and Visa, 5% for American Express or Discovery Cards.

There is an additional charge of 100 pounds / $150 per week should you require pool heating (usually only required during winter months)

For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of £60 / $100.

When booking your accommodation you will be required to pay £100 / $150 per week deposit,Once we have received this deposit your requested dates will be secure.
The balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the start of your vacation.

A security deposit of £200 / $250 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay,subject to a satisfactory inspection by our management company.
