We love our homes on Highlands Reserve and we're sure you will too! After enjoying a wonderful time in Florida we decided to 'take the plunge' and buy three villas which would suit our extended family. We would like to share our homes with you and assure you of a warm welcome.'The Fairway' has a large 29' x 16' private pool with jacuzzi spa set on an extended, screened south west facing deck, which includes patio table & luxuriously padded chairs, sunloungers and gas bbq. Relax here after a long day at the parks & watch the magnificent Floridian sun setting over the golf course.'The Fairway's' accommodation comprises:Large open plan living and dining area featuring a vaulted ceiling.The lounge area is comfortably furnished including a double sofa bed. For your leisure we have included 40" flat screen cable tv which receives over 60 channels, video and dvd player and a hi-fi system. The beautiful new entertainment centre includes a selection of books, board games, cds and dvds.We have also included a personal computer with broadband internet access whether you use it to keep in touch with family and friends or for business or just for fun!The dining room offers facilities for those occasions when you decide to dine at home. Fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you may need including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker & chilled water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster etc.Comprehensive selection of crockery and glassware for dining in doors or alfresco.There is also a useful breakfast nook for quick snacks before you head out for the day.Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are provided in the separate laundry room. A convenient half bathroom with WC & wash hand basin is also on the ground floor.There is a large 2-car garage.The master bedroom is conveniently situated on the ground floor & so is ideal for those who would rather not have to use the stairs! It has a beautiful new suite of cherry wood furniture including king-sized bed, large screen cable TV and full en-suite facilities, with walk in shower & double vanity basins. Upstairs there is a further queen bedroom with cable TV and two twin bedded rooms.One twin room includes wall mounted 19" LCD Cable TV and Sony Playstation, directly overlooks the golf course & is decorated with a golf theme suitable for golfers of all ages.The second twin room features 19" cable tv, a beautiful dressing table & is the ideal dreamy bedroom! The family bathroom decorated with a nautical theme is also upstairs and includes a bath with shower over.All bedrooms have large, walk-in wardrobes, ceiling lights and fans, clock radios and intercoms.Each bathroom has a hairdryer.There is a radio and intercom to all rooms including the pool area. The telephone offers free national & international calls through the latest technology. All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided and there is full maid service between lets. Our local management service is on hand if you have any problems.For our younger guests, a crib, highchair, stroller, baby gate,car seat & baby alarm is available.Highlands Reserve boasts a par72 Championship golf course with driving range, practice green & clubhouse. Highlands Reserve appeals to all the family as it also includes a children’s adventure play area, tennis courts & a large communal pool (ideal for the teenagers to get together! Local shops & a Publix supermarket is right next door to Highlands at Berry Town Center and there is a the new Walmart Hypermarket only 5 minutes drive away.
