It has two en-suite master bedrooms so is suitable for one family or two families traveling together.En-suite Master Bedroom one has a king Size bed (6’ 4" wide) and cable TV. En-suite Master Bedroom two is also En-suite with a queen size bed (5’ wide). The third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share the third bathroom. The Pool deck is larger than standard at approximately 1,000 Sq ft. The lounge has cable TV and home theatre DVD player. The Games room contains a Pool Table, Foosball, Dartboard and Darts.For your safety and security the villa has an intruder alarm, emergency lighting and a removable fence between the pool and the villa to prevent toddlers being able to access the pool unsupervisedWhen you book with us we will provide you with a FREE map, theme park guides and a list of web links to help you plan your vacation. Below I have listed the features of our villa to make it easier and quicker for you to appreciate its features. We also have our own website which we can direct you to for more information, additional photos, previous guests comments etc. Our villa is located within the quiet and peaceful community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Having 2 master bedrooms the villa, sleeps 8 people and is ideal for two families traveling together. Our Villa is comfortably furnished and coupled with its location it will provide you with a relaxing base after a busy day at the theme parks or discount shopping.For your peace of mind our local managing agent is available 24 hours per day for emergencies and during office hours for all other queries.Southern Dunes has a multi award winning Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive south of Disney. Just outside the gated entrance to Southern Dunes (approx 15 mins walk from the villa) is a large 24/7 Wal-Mart super market and a Winn Dixie supermarketThe community is very peaceful, you will normally get a wave or greeting from the locals. Traffic is extremely light, so walking or jogging around the community poses no difficulties.We will provide you with full directions from the airport (either Orlando, Tampa or Miami), tips from our stays which could save you a few dollars and a guide to the house (i.e. how to operate the alarm.FEATURESSAFETY AND SECURITY- Our managing agent is available 24 hrs per day for all emergencies and office hours for any other enquires- Our villa has smoke detectors and emergency lighting- Our villa has a intruder/burglar alarm- Free use of a Safe- There is a safety fence between the villa and the pool which, will prevent youngsters running from the house into the pool. This fence can be removed if not needed. There is plenty of room either side of the fence (see picture)- 24 hour gated security entrance to the Southern Dunes communityInside the Villa- The villa is fully air conditioned- All bedrooms are carpeted- The En-suite master Bedroom has a king Size bed (6’ 4" wide)and cable TV. Built in Wardrobe/closet chest of draws and bedside cabinets. Sliding glass door to pool deck and also access to the pool deck through the en-suite bathroom. - 2nd Bedroom is en-suite with a queen size bed (5’ wide). Built in Wardrobe/closet chest of draws and bedside cabinets - The second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share the third bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes/closet and chest of draws- All Wardrobes have ample clothes hangers- All towels and linens are provided. You will only need your own towels for the water parks and/or beaches- Lounge area is carpeted and has two sofa’s. 27" TV with a home theatre DVD system which also plays CD’s, and is a AM/FM radio. There is a ceiling fan for additional cooling. A glass sliding door leads to the pool area - Nook area has a four seater dining table and chairs. Ideal for a quick breakfast- Dining area is carpeted and has a dining table and 6 chairs- Kitchen, is fully equipped with, Fridge/freezer (with Ice cube maker). Large cooker, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, garbage disposer, Kettle, Coffee maker plus all crockery and cutlery. There is even an electric can opener.- Washer and dryer are located in the garage (stops their noise and heat in the house)- Telephone with free local calls. Long distance calls can be made using a credit card or locally bought phone card. We will explain where to get phone cards and how to use them in the information ‘tips’ we send you when you book with us.Pool area. -Larger than standard pool deck (approx 1,000 sq. feet). which gives plenty of space to eat and drink whilst soaking up that Florida sunshine-Pool is 26’long pool 12 feet wide at the shallow end 10’ wide at deep end.- There is a table and 4 chairs. 4 sun loungers (2 more than standard) so everyone has somewhere to sit or lounge.-The pool deck is west facing, so that the whole of the deck gets the sun from mid morning, through to the evening. The picture shown here was taken during the morning in October 2003.-Pool heating available at additional cost per week. Pool heating may only be needed in the winter months. We allow you to arrange and pay our managing agent to switch it on when you get there so you can make the decision whether you want it or not at the time.-High chairs and Cot/Crib are available at a small charge.Games Room- Pool Table and Foosball (Table football) and darts.Local area- Southern Dunes is very quiet and relaxing community- 20 mins drive from Disney world- A very large 24/7 Walmart Super Market just outside the entrance.- A large shopping Mall is approx 20 mins away On the main road near the entrance to Southern Dunes is, McDonalds, Checkers (burgers), Popeye’s (Chicken & Biscuits), a Chinese restaurant, Steak abd Ribs resturant and a Dairy Queen (ice cream, sundaes etc.). There is also take out facilities for Pizza Hut and Domino’s Pizza.- Just opposite is a Walgreens with a 24 Hour Pharmacy, a Blockbuster where you can rent DVD's and a liquor store that sells several international beers- A few minutes along the road is a number of other restaurants- Approx. 20 mins drive away is many more restaurants.Inside the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is its award winning 18 hole Golf course designed by Steve Symer. Also there are several facilities which include a driving range, community swimming pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse with exercise room and pool table. The Country Club has a Restaurant and Bar. To help you plan your vacation once we receive your deposit and confirm your booking we will send you the following:-- A tourist guide map of Orlando (which I will mark up with some key locations, theme parks, restaurant areas and discount shopping).- A Kennedy Space Centre guide- Disney’s guide to everything (a guide for all their parks)- A SeaWorld guide- Universals Guide to Universals studio’s and their Islands of adventure - List of 80+ web links (Dinner shows, Attractions, Golf courses etc etc) which will save you searching the web to plan your vacation.
