Pelican Cove Villa is a spacious, modern, luxury one storey home in the quiet, mature Four Corners Community, Davenport, Nr Orlando, Florida.It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms – 2 en-suite and 2 twin - and is fully equipped with everything that you need for up to 10 people to have the holiday of their dreams.Outside on the large deck there is a 28ft x 14ft private south facing pool, and a spa. These may be heated in the cooler months between June and October, and the owners will supply information concerning any extra costs that this may incur.Pelican Cove is perfectly situated for supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Walt Disney World's 4 Parks are under a 15 minute drive away, and Sea World and Universal Studios are under 20 minutes.
Pelican Cove is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites) privately owned home, complete with swimming pool and spa. The house sleeps up to 10 people and is beautifully furnished and equipped to provide every convenience for your dream holiday experience.Situated only 15 minutes drive from all the Walt Disney World attractions and with Sea World and Universal Studios equally close. It is surrounded by approximately 30 golf courses within 20 minutes drive, with the closest being merely 2 miles away. Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast - Cocoa Beach - are within 1 hour's drive, and Busch Gardens, Tampa and glorious beaches of the East and West coasts of Florida are with 2 - 2½ hours drive away.Bedroom 1 has, a king-size bed, lots of storage room for clothes, a TV a walk in wardobe with safe, a luxury bathroom, complete hair dryer, vanity unit lit from above, a bath, separate shower and toilet. A sliding patio door takes you onto the pool deck.Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, a TV, lots of storage space. The bathroom has a hair dryer, vanity unit with 'film star' lights above the mirror, an enormous bath, shower, and toilet. The other two bedrooms are reached through an archway from the main living area. These both contain TVs and beds for two, one being two singles, and the other a 'day bed', which can be altered permanently into a king sized bed or two singles, which ever you require. One is especially decorated for children and this also has a VCR with videos supplied for their enjoyment.There is a full bathroom with a shower situated between these two bedrooms. There is a also a hair dryer.In the kitchen area, you will find everything that you need, to cook a full scale dinner party, or prepare a snack.It comes complete with amonst many other things - " Double sink with waste disposal unit" Large range/oven" Microwave" Dishwasher" Large fridge/freezer " Larder" Fully stocked cupboards with cooking pots and pans, crockery, " cutlery, glass and tableware" Waffle maker" JuicerIn the adjoining laundry room you willfind - " Large automatic washing machine" Large tumble dryer" Ironing board and steam iron.In the living room, there is leather a suite comprising of armchair, and a two seater and three seater sofas.
