The property is a 4 bedroom,(2 with queen size beds and 2 with twin beds) 3-bathroom villa built within the Calabay Parc community South West of Walt Disney World™ and 15 minutes from the WDW Maingate
Games room (air conditioned) with Pool, air hockey and card tables.
You can easily drive back from Disney, have a break & go back - useful if you have young children waiting for those fireworks at Epcot etc.
It comfortably sleeps 8; although there is a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 additional guests.
Just a 35 minute drive from Orlando International Airport, Calabay Parc is ideally situated for all the central Florida attractions and is convenient for the east/west Interstate Highway (I-4) linking the Orlando area with the Atlantic Ocean (approximately /2 hours) and Gulf of Mexico (approximately /4 hours) beaches.
It is within 4 miles of the bustling ‘192’ area offering a wide range of popular shops, restaurants and attractions. Close by is Disney’s Celebration, providing the quieter, alternative shopping and dining experience.
The villa is fully furnished and has everything you will need for your stay, making it a home from home. The local Publix Supermarket, shops,( & Applebees Restaurant) Banks etc 2 mile away on H27 and another Publix is just a 5-minute drive away situated in the Champions Gate golf course and shopping complex, which can provide for all your food and self catering requirements. A new Wal-Mart is just minutes away with Restaurants (Chilli's KFC, Long John Silver). Many golf courses nearby (Highlands Reserve on H27 also). Take plenty of golf balls - the lakes eat them. Most courses offer club hire e.g. Highlands Reserve about 2 miles away has a full set, bag and buggy hire.

Bookings for less than 7 days also require a cleaning fee, currently $90
Procedure for booking. Once booking is 'reserved', it is confirmed on receipt of Booking Fee of £150 ($270).(Initially we can be flexible until you have your flights booked) Booking reference number then given. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Pool heat,normally recomended between October & April & if required, is payable 3 weeks before arrival. - A security deposit of £175 ($315) is payable 3 weeks before arrival. This is returnable within 30 days of departure, once satisfactory report from our Management Company of no unreported damage/breakages and that the keys have been returned. (This is an 'industry' standard).
Credit Cards & PayPal also taken but at an additional 3½ % surcharge
