It is freshly decorated and maintained to a very high standard.This superb villa has all the comforts of home. The living room is very spacious and has a large 32" TV, DVD and VCR for your use.Digial Cable gives loads of channels and a great picture. Recently added computer for your use with wireless broadband.It has a large wood polished dining table for those more formal meals and overlooks the pool area and the area behind the villa. All the rooms feature fans for your additional comfort. Free wireless broadband access if you provide a laptop.The phone allows for free local calls We have now added a cordless phone and answer phone for your convenience.The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area has a large table and six chairs - everything is supplied for all your needs and even includes an electric kettle. It is open plan with the living room so everyone can keep up with what is happening while preparing a meal or just getting a drink.All the bedrooms are very spacious and have built in wardrobes. The spacious main Master Suite, with large King bed has its own bathroom with a large walk in shower and twin vanity units . It has a 27" TV. The 2nd master bedroom, the Green room, also has a queen bed, TV and has its own bathroom or becomes a family suite if used with the 3rd twin bedroom.Our Floral Room with Butterflies features 2 twin beds and shares the second bathroom. Both this and the Green room can be shut off from the main living area to become a family suite. Great for use by a second family.The Disney themed room has bunk beds - great for our younger guests and a day bed. The bunk has a full sized bed on the bottom so can be used by adults if required. This allows up to 4 to share. So no arguments over who has the room. Also provided is a TV, DVD and playstationThe 2nd queen bedroom is situated away from the main living area opposite the 3rd bathroom and has its own 20 " TV. Great for use by the early risers.The garage/ games room has a table tennis table, air hockey and foosball for guests to enjoy. It has a fan to help out in the warmer weather.All bedrooms have clocks and mirrors.A cot and high chair and a selection of toys are provided free of charge for our younger guests.There is a washer and dryer available for your use with iron and ironing board.The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker and microwave. There are loads of dishes, pans and cooking equipment, even an electric kettle.All linen and towels are provided for your use.The large safe provided free of change can take a non widescreen sized laptop. There is a large 30 X 15 pool that can be optionally heated and a pool cover is provided to ensure a good pool temperature in the colder months. We have provided 6 comfy chairs plus some spares and 4 loungers for our guests to enjoy the sunshine. Pets and Smoking are NOT allowed
