RELAXING:The large 13 x 26 south-facing pool with spa is ideal for relaxing and cooling off - (pool heating is available). The deck area faces south and overlooks the lake. It is fully screened and is surrounded by many colourful shrubs. Outside lighting allows evening entertainment and an electronic awning allows protection from the sun, if desired. The deluxe pool furniture includes 4 padded chairs, table and 5 loungers.Inside there is the "Great Room" with 2 comfortable sofas; one of which is a sleeper sofa bed, additional chairs, coffee tables and an Entertainment unit. FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER AT HOME:All the appliances you need, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large American fridge/freezer. The sink includes a water filter system and waste disposal. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are provided. EATING:Choose from the dining table with seating for six or the use the stools at the nearby breakfast bar. Don’t forget you can even dine poolside.ENTERTAINMENT:Every bedroom has a cable television with DVD or video players. A huge 51" HDTV and DVD player are situated in the "Great Room". The windows all have locks and all exterior doors are fitted with deadbolt locks.A security safe for storage of your valuables is located in the kitchen closet and is free-of-charge.The home is monitored 24/7 by an ADT Security system.UTILITIES:The laundry area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a full size washing machine and drier, complete with iron and ironing board.
