We are not an agent, simply a medium through which private owners can advertise their Orlando, Florida villas. Therefore you are not paying extra fees in commissions - payment you make direct to the owners are wholly available for the owner to put back in to the upkeep of their florida vacation rental homes.

All the rental homes on this site have been verified by us as being owned by the private individual. All owners must send us official documentation every 6 months in order to continue advertising with us. This documentation has various information on it allowing us to verify they are the genuine private owners of that villa.

When you book a Florida villa through our site, the villa you book is the villa you will stay in, unlike booking through an agent where your Florida rental home is allocated upon arrival. Although the owners of these vacation rentals may live in various locations around the World, each villa is managed by a local Management Company so you have the security of a local point of contact during your stay in the unlikely event of a problem, or if you simply need advice about your vacation.

Use the menu to the left to begin your search for your dream Florida villa. Each villa has a form at the bottom of the page. When you enter your details (which does not commit you to anything) your details will be sent directly to the private owner of that villa. You also have the option to send your details out to other owners of that size property. The owner will then contact you back directly, advising whether their villa is available, with rates and a link to their villa on this website. A villa owner that does not have availability for your dates may then pass your details on to other owners of similar properties for you to browse through. In this instance your details will ONLY be passed to other owners who advertise with us. Your details will not be passed on to and 3rd parties.
